Terrible costumer service. This location closes at 7pm as it says on google map but I got there at 6:20 and the rude girl at the... Starbucks told me that she wants to leave and can?t make my order even though the location should not close before 7pm. Theyneed to fire these employees. I don?t care that she has something else to do when she is at her shift. She needs to take care oforders until the closure time. Read more

My husband went to get me a coffee and sandwich as a nice little suprise and they made my drink wrong twice before getting it... correct, gave him an attitude about it when he pointed it out after ignoring him at first and then told him that they dont makepuppichinos anymore...which is a lie because I get them for our puppy pretty regularly. Great Starbucks very friendly and fast staff and there's always a table free.
I normally do not write reviews about places but my experience was so bad that I felt the need to let others know not to buy... their coffee at this particular Starbucks. To start off, I waited for quite awhile as I watched the employees continue to makesdrinks when they saw the line building. You would think as soon as you see a line start to form, you would switch to one personmaking the drinks while the other person takes orders. When they finally were ready to take my order, my drink was a littlemodified but I said exactly what I wanted. It wasn't some extravagent drink that was super hard to remember. All it was was aniced coffee with nonfat milk and six pumps of sugar-free mocha. That's it. When my drink was almost ready, he asked if I wantedto top it off with milk. I was confused because I asked for milk to be put in the drink so I asked if he already put some in andhe didn't. I also don't even think he put coffee in my drink either. Im pretty sure he just put six pumps of sugar free mocha ina cup. The order was even on the drink so I don't understand how someone could mess up a drink that bad. I ended up having to gohome and remake my drink. The whole purpose of going to Starbucks was so I didn't have to do that but I ended up having toanyways. What a waist of a trip, money and my time. You would think that if you work at Starbucks, you would know how to makecoffee. I honestly should have went back there and showed him how to make the coffee. Needless to say, I will not be going backto this Starbucks ever again. I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone and it doesn't even deserve this one star. Read more
Very busy and the Batista wasn't in a hurry. We also had to add what she forgot to my drinks. Their hours are very confusing and... they are short staffed. I suggest getting your drink/ s early and have patience. Read more
