Management at this store seriously needs to clean up their act. I went into the store and ordered an espresso and a chai tea... latte. The story was not clean and was host to over three dozen flying insects, including flies, horse flies, and gnats. I wasso disgusted that I ended up throwing away my chai tea after it made me sick. The espresso was made very well and came outrelatively quickly as well as the chai tea latte so I was initially sick. However, now that I am feeling sick after visiting thestore I am seriously starting to question if management really even cares at all about food safety and store cleanliness. I do like this location just because its closest to my house and the staff are always great! BUT this location takes FOREVER. I... could be waiting in the drive thru anywhere from 10-20 min ..its been 12 min right now as I wait and I still have 4 cars infront of me waiting to just order so if you dont mind waiting cool but it does stink. One of the friendliest staff we?ve ever encountered at a Starbucks! When traveling I always get nervous making a special order... at a new shop but they made it way better than my baristas back home (sorry guys). The drivethru was quick and easilymaneuverable from the main roads. Read more
Slowest starbucks ever, came here and they made my order wrong, when I came back to have it fixed they made me wait over 20... minutes, and I went through the drive thru. They made me pull to the side and wait for my order... like seriously? This is whydutch bros is better, much nicer staff, way faster and if they mess up the order they are more than happy to fix it. John is a light! The whole crew is fantastic! This is my go-to Starbucks on the daily and 9/10 my drink is amazing.
Very cute Starbucks with a drive-through and two bathrooms! Not gigantic but still spacious in its own way. Has wall plugs.
Super friendly staff. Always willing to help with your order and make it right. I?ve been trying to minimize my waste impact and... am now using reusable mugs. They were willing to make my coffee order using it, which was greatly appreciated. They took goodinitiatives to maintain a clean process especially during these difficult times. The inside is clean and a good working space(though would love if the music was a little quieter for us book worms :)). Great Starbucks, come check it out! Read more
Just picked up a Venti SF vanilla latte for my wife, got home and it is only 3/4 full! WTH? Spent $14.58 on 2 drinks with an... additional $2.00 tip! I wish I could send a picture! Also the second coffee drink that was ordered was forgotten. The gentlemanmade it quickly when he saw what had happened. It was not busy inside. Read more
