By far the worst experience, I usually come in and get coffee at this location since it?s very convenient. I came in today and... the barista was rude. Didn?t even say anything so I order my drink and she just has a attitude like if she didn?t want to beworking. She makes my ice coffee and still doesn?t even acknowledge that I am a paying customer. I get my ice coffee and tellher thank you, and she has the nerve to say is ?yea? like no your welcome enjoy your day. Since I have the app I was able to order ahead. I was across the parking lot, maybe 500 feet away. I crossed the parking lot... went inside and my coffee was ready. One of the employees greeted me. I told her I was picking up my order, saw it, thankedthem and left with a great cup of coffee. Read more
I've been to this Starbucks twice. Most recently, I waited 25 min in the drive thru for my drink. That's the good news, since I... actually had to wait 32 min the time before. Three cars waiting in line to order behind me gave up and left. I'll only go backif I have an afternoon to kill. Read more
The staff at this Starbucks are friendly and courteous. I ordered something that I don't usually order and I was worried about... the sweetness of the drink. The manager gave me a tip on how to make it less sweet. Her tip paid off and the drink wasdelicious. :) Read more
Coffee drinks were very good. The young lady who took my order asked a lot of questions because I was ordering for my young... grandchildren. She wanted to get the order right and she was successful! The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because whenI arrived there was only one person working and the line was longer than I was hoping it would be.
