This Starbucks needs some help. They are consistently the slowest Starbucks I?ve been to and the orders are pretty regularly... wrong or poorly made. Not an issue of friendliness but they need to take some steps to improve their process and quality. It?s agamble any time I come here on whether or not I?ll get what I ordered. Today they were out of cold brew when I ordered at SaltedCarmel cream cold brew. I asked for an iced coffee instead made the same way it cost me nearly $7. Kind of ridiculous. Read more
This is undoubtedly the consistently worst Starbucks I have ever encountered (and I have lived all over). Slow service, wrong... orders, cold drinks (not the iced kind) and indifferent employees. Drive a few miles to the far better Legends Coffee / may haveto cancel my Starbucks credit card. Read more
Venti light ice matcha. Why is this not all the way full? Because it?s light ice. But I always order light ice and it?s never... 2/3 full. Also this is not light ice it?s full of ice. We can make you another one (after waiting for 15 minutes on my lunchbreak for 2 cars in front of me. Brick and mortar Starbucks suck. This one in particular can not make a matcha to save theirlives. Usually I have to ask to mix the matcha in because there?s always floating matcha powder. Today 2/3 full for $6+ ! Niceworkers but my drink is ALWAYS wrong. You ALWAYS have to wait at least 10 minutes no matter what time of day. King SoopersHampden and Tower is the best Starbucks experience I get. Try them if you want your drink made right in less than 3-5 minutes.Last time giving my money to them for a cup full of ice and 3 drinks of tea. Get it together!! Read more
This location is always slammed. So if come here be prepared to wait specially in drive thru. It?s like any over starbucks. The... customer service is above average tho. We have never had an bad experience at this location. I highly recommend this location ifyou are in the area. Read more
Starbucks Quincy, y'all were throwing some coffee swinging moves down today! Everyone was doing an amazing job on such a... challenging morning! 50+ patrons inside and out (including drive-thru), impatient customers with wait time, a gazillion mobileorders coming in, and your hussle was fantastic! Y'all they were swinging out a beverage every 20 - 30 seconds, they wererocking it! To those that were getting upset at the baristas for the wait time, you seriously need to take a look around youfor a good dose of perspective. They were SO BUSY, and yes your wait time was 20 or so minutes inside, however that is due toHOW POPULAR they were! Do not be upset at the baristas! Understand that a good chunk of Aurora had the same idea we did! And themobile app is crazy convenient! Which meant for as many of us were inside waiting for our food and drinks, there were probablydouble to tripe the mobile orders coming through the queue. Many of which had ordered before us! I wish I read the reviews before doing the mobile order. My order was supposed to be ready by 4:31pm BUT I didn?t get my order... until 5:11pm. Yep! No lie! There were only 3 staff working and it looked like they were more focused on the drive thru orders.The place wasn?t as clean and flies were all over. I will not be ordering at this location anymore.
