ZERO stars for the employees partying out back at 6:45 Thursday night 3rd day in a row store lights on OPEN SIGN LIT yet doors... are locked.. as I pulled away I saw them having a great time out back on subways DIME,,i'd bet,,, looks like were are gonnaloose this subway restaurant,, poor owners. 6:30pm on a Thursday all lights are on including the neon open signs but all Doors are locked. Knocked a few times and saw... someone come out of the restroom but they completely ignored us and went to the back. As I walked to my car, I saw three peopleout back smoking. I asked if they were open, one guy said ?no, I?m waiting for my closer and am not working?. They seemed youngbut regardless, they should close up the restaurant if no one is working. Just incredibly inconsiderate to not even get back towork after being seen by a customer. Read more

Showed up and the only worker that was working was outside in the back, sitting on the ground directly next to the dumpsters,... smoking cigarettes. They made their way in after a couple min of me inside the store which is when I walked out and will neverbe back. Very unsanitary workers and very unsanitary conditions outside of the store both in front and back. Surprised thisplace sees any business. Read more
Showed up at 2 PM on a Saturday. Neon open sign lit up but hand written note on the door says be back in 15 minutes. No return... time listed. Waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came. I work across the street and used to come here a fair amount. I will not becoming back. I will also let all my coworkers know what to expect. Watched at least three other people park get out go to thedoor then leave. Read more
This place has horrible customer service. Total attitude with a customer walking in like you are an inconvenience. Absolutely no... sense of urgency. These people running the store do not want to be there. I have gone here 3 times in the last couple monthssame people same attitude same consistency. Constantly way below average service and quality. Take you business to Jimmy John'sto be fair they are fast accurate and have better service not to mention they deliver. If I could give Zero I would. Will noteat at this establishment again and obviously the owner could care less as nothing has changed at this location in months.Horrible franchise business. Maybe hire people with integrity. I arrived at this location at 3:55 pm. The doors were locked. There were several handwritten notes hanging in the door. One of... the notes said a 25-minute break. There was no start time or return time. How is anyone to know when the 25-minute note wasplaced? I worked at Subway when I was a teenager, and we never would've done anything like this. To further my disappointmentwhen I went up to the door, the staff member was sitting in the lobby and did not even acknowledge my presence. To top it off, Iwent to another location after this and was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I must say customerservice as well as food quality had gone down the drain at many Subway locations. Read more
