The food has gotten infinitely worse. Their ground beef doesn't even taste like meat, it's disgusting. The prices now are... outrageous and the service is horrible. On occassion you might get someone friendly and quick, but for the most part they areslow and half the time I see them sitting around on their phones instead of helping customers. From the looks of the drive thruand parking lots they are losing business rapidly because they are not busy anymore. Taco Bell needs to go back to the waythings used to be when the food tastes good and they need to deal with their lackadaisical staff. Read more

Got the wrong order after waiting about 20 minutes in line. This location has been closed frequently due to staffing. Maybe try... pay livable wages and retain people so they can provide decent service. Not an employee problem, an executive problem. Read more

This guy was super efficient. Went from the drive through to the counter and kept things running. Nice and polite too. They... forgot my taco. I went back through the drive through and they remembered me and said no problem. Good service. Read more

I keep giving Taco Bell a try, but they keep failing every time. Not one time over the last ten years that I've ordered them... have I ever received everything that I ordered. Not ONCE! Yet they have the audacity to jack their prices up. What I orderedtoday should have only cost $5 less than ten years ago. Today we paid $22, and didn't even get what I ordered as usual. At thispoint I'm sure they're trying to see what they can get away with and steal from their customers. Read more

9/2/22, 7pm. Honestly, one of the worst fast-food experiences ever. I know, it's fast food, expectations should be low but... this was remarkably bad. Took over 45 minutes to get food and I was 3rd from the order board. I was stuck as someone pulled upbehind me or I would have left. Not an exaggeration, over 45 minutes for like 5 cars. Order taker was nice but kept saying "Idon't know if we have that" and apparently couldn't find out or even ask someone. at the window, 45+ minutes later I watched acustomer bring a bag of food up to the front counter, trade it for a different bag with an employee and then that bag was givento me. When I asked if that customer had this bag she said "no, it was just on the counter". meanwhile all the other drivethrough bags are being prepped right by the window, not the counter. I accepted the bag, looked and saw a quesadilla and theright number of items and left. Got home and literally the only correct item was a chicken quesadilla. Had 3 other items that Ididn't order at all. Also asked for "no sauce", it's on the receipt even, but the bag came with approximately 30 fire sauces...and zero napkins. The whole time waiting at the window there was one employee standing at window doing nothing and one employeedancing, doing nothing. No one even commented on taking 45 minutes, no apology, no urgency. I tried calling on speaker for 30minutes while I ate random items that weren't half as good as the items I ordered, it just rings and disconnects. It's tacobell, my standards are low, but man was this disappointing. Read more

Don't go here. On separate occasions we have yried to go here and always closed. Last week we tried to go in when we could see... someone sweeping at 445pm and she unlocked the door to tell us they wont open until 5pm. Tonight, after sitting behind 5 cars indrive thru at 838pm when I finally get up to order, the guy comes on and tells the car in front of me that he is closed, yet wecouldn't pull ahead because people were at the window and we couldnt back out. There were 4 cars behind me and the lady directlybehind me was picking up from grubhub. She walked to the window and he still denied serving her. He tried to tell me the lightsin the dining area were turned off, when i questioned why all the lights were on, but when was finally able to pull thru theywere on. They should sell it to someone who knows how to run a business or close it for good. Read more

It's not a bad place. Y'all just need management to figure out a better strategy for speeding up the process. Shouldn't have to... wait inside for 45 minutes for a couple of burritos, while watching people in the drive through get their stuff right away. Read more

This Taco Bell is on the way home from my child's school, it is often closed but I noticed it was open today so decided to stop... by. That was a very large mistake, I will never be returning to this Taco Bell. It's not just about the fact that my food wasincorrect that happens mistakes get made and I understand that but when I went back in I was one of five people who had issueswith their food waiting to get their return orders. New customers would come in and get their food before any of us did theymade one lady's food wrong twice and it wasn't until the third time that it was correct. I proceeded to wait nearly 40 minutesto get my correct food order with not a single I'm sorry mentioned in regards to me waiting or having issues with my food. WhenI did finally get my food the main issue was that they put lettuce on everything I asked to not have lettuce on it half of theitems still had a decent amount of lettuce it appeared that they remade the item incorrectly and just tried to do their best toscrape off some of the lettuce they had accidentally put back on while I was waiting those 40 minutes. This has hands down beenthe worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had in my life and I am a very frequent Taco Bell eater. If your looking for "fastfood" or even a normal taco bell experience this is not the one to stop at. Read more
