First off, Randy the manager is amazing! I give kudos to great customer service! Door dash is the one who screwed up my order,... like totally forgot my daughters kids meal, I drove over there because door dash didn?t care and randy got her a whole new kidsmeal and a free frosty! Placed a order for pickup, and when I got there to pickup my order I waited 30 minutes for my food. Management was walking... around talking while someone who was clearly still in training was getting all the orders bagged for pickup and dine was workingall alone. Finally after waiting 15 minutes for a pick up order, I had to ask where my food was. The trainee told me I'm doingit all by myself. I told him to get the manager you need help. The manager comes out and how can he help me and I be told himhe needs help. No food is being bagged. By this time he we was working on the same order I saw him working when I walked in theestablishment, finally both of the gentlemen who looked to be management came to help. I still waited another 15-20 minutes formy food after getting everyone else help to get their food. People who came in after me got there food before me. Some Hispanicchick ( who needed to bun up her hair and put on a hair net) was clearly a line worker had so much to say.. stating there areother orders before mine and I simply stated that is not the issue, this man needs help. Manager on duty refused to accept a coupon, The chicken sandwich was so old , it was not edible. Manager refused to provide the... AD's phone #, then gave the wrong # to corporate. When I called back, he accused me of threatening him. We will never go back.Did not get a receipt, spoons for the chili or frosty. Read more
Breakfast review: Ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit with a side of apples and large coffee. Sandwich was really tasty... actually, chicken was good we?ll and biscuit was fresh. The apples were super fresh, and although I ordered them to replace thehome fries, they game me some anyways (which were also really good, a nice crunch and spicy to them). Coffee was watered downbut still tasted okay. The staff was super friendly too. The cost of the entire meal was just under $7. Definitely recommendgiving Wendy?s a try, they?ve got a lot of options at affordable prices. Enjoy! Read more
....I have been heated like this inna while. First, gets the order wrong.. Okay big deal right? Get the order wrong again when I... came back. Here is Wendy's bourbon bacon burger, and the fries were craaaaaaaaay salty.... . It's 10pm and I do not have a weaksotmach at all, and this was the 2nd time in my life getting heart burn.... The entire meal was flat out disgusting. My gal that took our order repeated it back perfectly, yet the kitchen failed to... follow the simple request of no cheese. I?m lactose intolerant, so that?s in the trash. The fries and chicken tasted like itwas cooked in old oil. Husband?s chicken sandwich and bacon cheese fries were burnt and made him nauseated. The whole meal hadto been thrown away. Let?s not go into the experience of the people working the window. Literally opened the window, handed usthe bags, and immediately shut the window. Worst Wendy?s in colorado. Customer service far below average. Ordered medium frosty?s they gave smalls. Frosty?s had ice cream... all over sides of cup very messy. No care at all. Fries and nuggets were cold and old. Burger had excessive Mayo on it as youcan see in pictures. I also saw employees not changing gloves or washing hands after touching face nose and mouth with gloveson. Employees very rude and lazy. 5 people standing around and 1 person actually trying to work and keep up. Will never go backto this location. Very disgusting! Didn?t even eat food just threw it away. The food is good but the staff have no pep in there step. I've seen better organization from an IKEA set. Had to wait almost 30... minutes for 3 burgers. And when you have a hungry 1 and a half year old with you, 30 minutes is a long time. The employeesseemed to think it was OK to talk bad about other employees and customers while they're right there in front of them instead offocusing on their work. Overall we will not be coming back to this location for food whether it be drive-thru or walk in. Read more
