Today, 11/30/22, I went in at 1p... stood at the front for about 10 minutes... was looked at by at least three different... employees... and no one even said "hi." They were not that busy, but the person at the front kept going into the back even.After 10m, I decided that this probably reflects on the quality/cleanliness, so I went elsewhere. I recommend downloading the app and picking up your food. Service can be slow especially at night. I've seen long drive thru... lines and sometimes I'm missing condiments but you get what you pay for with fast food. Read more

Unfortunately if you are looking for fast food because you're in a hurry, do not go here. I live in the area and if there's more... than 4 cars in the drive thru, you will quite literally be in line for 20+minutes. It's an ongoing issue and I have learned notto get in line if there's more than a couple of cars. Read more

Having worked at Wendy's before, I understand not wanting to work when you have a lot on your plate already. But intentionally... ignoring several cars at the drive thru and even checking if we've left is just not cool. Didn't even get a chance to order letalone eat, saw the guy at the window look and see if people are still waiting, and then continued to ignore us. If you can't bebothered with taking our order, at the very least appear busy and maybe put up a sign so we don't have to wait. Read more

I have never had a chicken sandwich as dry as the one I had from this Wendy's. Cardboard would have been better. They have a... serious fly problem and the place is very dirty. Staff avoids the counter, instead focusing on the drive thru. Nobody that worksthere looks like they want to be there. Read more

I love Wendy's...but.... The girl at the front counter ignored us while she filled on line orders! The tables and seating were... NOT clean, and drinks had been spilled on the floor and not cleaned up. Think you should try another location. Read more

We ordered for delivery via DoorDash, and the food was scheduled to be delivered around 7:15 PM. At 9:00, the food arrived.... Well, not our food. We had ordered two chicken sandwiches, a six-piece nuggets entree, fries, and a vanilla Frosty. The foodthat came was, instead, two burgers, fries, cheese fries, and a chocolate Frosty. We don't know whether this was someone else'sorder, whether the deliveryman took the wrong order, or whether Wendy's themselves messed up our order. We attempted to callthe corporate customer service line, but they were closed for the day (should be 24/7). We then attempted to contact the localWendy's restaurant (the restaurant the order came from), but they did not pick up the phone after five calls. We have only beenthere one other time, but here is a run-down of that experience: the cashier tried to argue with us when we asked where ourFrosty was, claiming that we didn't order one. (His colleague had to inform him that we did, indeed, order a Frosty.) The tableswere dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a few hours, and there were no napkins at the drink/concession area to clean offthe tables ourselves. The food also took longer than you might expect when there was no one else in the restaurant. Thatexperience might've earned 2/5 stars (possibly even 3/5 because the food was very good), but after this experience, we havegiven up trying with this Wendy's location. Updated ( As of 5/7/22): After avoiding this place after our last fiasco, wedecided to revisit this place, as opposed of ordering through door dash to avoid any incidents. The place was very empty when wewent; at first we were worried that the resturaunt was pickup/delivery only. However, the guy at the counter greeted our orderand handed us our receipt.
