I wanted chicken so bad . Was waiting for that Wingstop ranch to touch my chicken, then my lips BUT my family said not to go to... this location cause they're SO BAD. I was like can't be that bad , so me being hard headed I still called to order and someoneanswered then immediately hung up THEN I read the comments and all I can say is now my nights ruined , won't order cause Iabsolutely cannot be disappointed when I've been craving this for DAYS .PLEASE do better cause I'd love to eat there lol smhy'all literally got ONE JOB . Yeah never again. Asked for crispy wings and there like baked wings. The lady taking my order was in such a rush to take my... order (with nobody in line)that she didn't listen. This place is by far the worst place to get food from. Order the new chicken sandwich my husband takes a bite of his uncooked... raw chicken sandwich, the manager Laura was supposed to be refunding us our money because no way do we want another batch ofuncooked chicken from them. No refund was given in the time frame that she stated. Called to speak with Laura first gal statedshe was not in and to call back 9/8 since Laura will be in on that day. Called on 9/8 and spoke with Samantha who is completelyrude did not want to provide cooperates number than hung up on me. I called back three times and no one is answering the phonenow. I ordered online specifically so I can skip the line and pick up. There was a line and I went to the pick up section because my... order was ready and they made it a point to attend everyone that was in line and then me. When she asked how can she helped me Itold her I was there to pick up. My food had been sitting there the whole time she was attending everyone else and now that Ihave my food it's cold. Anything that could go wrong with this place can and will go wrong. The people working here do not care about getting your order... out in time and then act like it isn't their problem. One of them said to me after an hour of waiting "they're taking it outnow" which then took another 12 minutes on top of rude service as if it was my fault it was taking so long. Waited 15 minutes to order my food and had to wait over an hour before I received it. Asked for crispy wings and got soggy... wings. Will never go there again! Also the employees are rude and if you don?t jump out at them they won?t acknowledge u,ridiculous!
