So I was super excited to come here. My brother sent me a video on it. So drove 17 miles to come here. Let?s dive in. So I... ordered the brutality burger. Didn?t really realize what it was all about. Ordering through a kiosk easy. Food was quick toreceive. So when I sat down with this mountain of meat. I looked at it and realized it had two beef Pattie?s and 2 grilledchicken breast as well. I couldn?t bite into it so I removed 1 of each. I tried a piece of the meat separate and wow no flavorand the beef was spongy. Horrible horrible burger. Tried the chicken breast and yes no flavor and it fell apart. So then Iwanted to try it all together in hopes the condiments give it a chance. Went to bit and the bun completely fell apart. Could noteven eat this pile of flavorless meat. Now the fries. Yuck. Had a horrible coating on them. Even the coke tasted tasted likecarbonation. The calibration is way off. 1 star for presentation only. Read more

I was super impressed with this place today! I got an order of the minis with pickles and fries. I took them on a 30+ minute... journey back home before eating. The fries didn?t hold up great (that?s normal tho) but I popped them in the air fryer for acouple of minutes and they were amazing? super well seasoned. I didn?t even do anything to heat the burger or refresh it afterits long and uncareful travel home and it was SO SO GOOD. Really beyond my expectations. The ingredients were very fresh and theburger was cooked perfectly. The sauces were in the perfect ratio and it was still juicy without being soggy even after 30+minutes. I can?t wait to go back and have it fresh. If you?re at fox valley mall there is no better option in the food court,and I can?t think of a non-sitdown burger near by that holds a candle to this one. They weren't kidding when they said their burgers are extreme. I bought the SMOKY BBQ. BURGER meal with onion rings and I was... genuinely impressed with the size of it. The patty was huge, they don't skimp on the meat here. Flavors were on point too,genuinely one of the best burgers I had. Onion rings were good as well, bit salty but the flavor and texture was good aswell. Ordering was pretty easy and a blessing if you're an introvert. They have a device where you can order exactly what youwant and in about 10-15 minutes you get a notification saying your food is ready for pickup. As for the price, it was goodconsidering the size of everything. I paid about 17 bucks for my meal and it was my lunch and dinner just because of how massiveit was.
