Do NOT go here. They will over charge you shamelessly for their cakes! $8 extra for a tiny cake. Online it showed $8 less for... the same location! Got 1/3 sheet with the next size up price! Buyers beware. Bad business! Read more

There is this one rude lady that don?t like to work instead she will send the wrong order even after she has been told that its... wrong. She always blames the customer for ?ordering wrong? when I always order the same I only get it wrong from her. Read more

the nice staff aloud me and my beautiful girlfriend to order ice-cream via walk-up, since the inside was closed. They Treated... the situation with excellent care aswell as discussed with us the multiple flavors that they offered. This experience was greatto end our date night. Will deffinetly be coming back. Corner of Farnsworth Avenue and Indian Trail - they never have any ice cream flavors. I have drove off without any ice cream.... I'm not sure what they're selling in there but they never have any items on the menu. I was told staff is simply saying theydon't have it due to laziness of preparing and that is vile. They have lost me and my friends and family as customers for sure.Service is terrible in and DT. Awful. Will never return. Read more
Great ice cream, their donuts were delicious. It's very close to my sisters house, which was convenient for me, and the lady was... very nice. Also, the place seems fairly new as everything was clean and looked nice. Read more
Went through the Baskin-Robbins on Farnsworth wait about 10 to 15 minutes to place my order some random guy walked up as I'm... placing my order walked up to the teleprompter started saying slurs into the intercom the lady who was working thought it was mewhen it was a dude's voice! refuse to serve me and my 5 year old son and they were out of his ice cream and when I pulled up tothe window to explain to her that she had random people walking up to her teleprompter she just refused to serve me or did noteven want to address it or open the window. Very unprofessional I will never be referring anyone to that place me and my sonwent down the road and ordered a strawberry milkshake from McDonald's what is that Baskin-Robbins even doing open if theyrefuse to serve people and they got random strangers coming to their drive-thru.
