I ordered the new chi?king spicy since I had a coupon. They gave me regular chi?kings not spicy and when I called they said the... coupon doesn?t work for the spicy ones. Why wouldn?t you ask if I wanted a regular one at the window since the coupon only worksfor regular. I had no idea it was a surprise when I opened my food. The manager I called ?Michael? said to talk to Guadeloupe inthe morning and when I asked him the guys name next to him so I can let her know who took my order he said that he didn?t knowthe guys name. The food is always smack!! Fresh and delicious! BUT...the customer service sucks! We had a major smart a$$ on the drive-thru... intercom. He made us soo upset with his attitude and disrespect. We left. That was a first for us. Hopefully next time it willbe better. Read more
The food was good, had the Impossible whopper again, it was made just right, the fries were crisp and hot. The staff were... friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well ventilated. Not a recommended stop. They are really slow filling the order, even when it?s not busy at all. It?s a bit old and rundown and... not particularly clean inside. Went here 5/20/19 after years of avoiding this place. I gotta say they really stepped up. This location used to be heavily... employeed by halfway house women (the most lazy and careless women you can meet) and I went in and found a big improvement. Thecashier was friendly and fast and the guy making the food had gloves on and was fast and accurate too on each order and mywhopper was heavily loaded with the garden of condiments. Read more
