They actually close at 10 not 12 as Google states. I showed up minutes before 10 and ordered a bunch of food and the staff was... seriously so nice about it but I had no idea they closed at 10 until I saw the sign on the window. I felt BAD. We came in and there was no one in the dine room, we waitid for about a good 10 minutes and no one took our order. I guess drive... thru was more important. There was only one guy working and 2 others were just standing there. We ended up leaving. Read more

Terrible mobile order experience?ordered on the app, received confirmation and told them at the line that I was picking up.... Asked me to pull around, waited at least 10 minutes while orders ahead of me were filled, just to get to the window and havethem tell me they didn?t have my order. I showed my receipt. It was the correct location, showed that I had submitted it 20minutes prior, confirmed the amount I paid etc. all the woman at the window did was show me how to submit a complaint and thentold me to resubmit my order. I drove away at that point not wanting to make the people behind me wait for me to put in my orderagain. What an extraordinary waste of my lunch break! I feel like with my receipt they should?ve been able to fill the order. Itwas just a sandwich and drink. They could?ve done something at the window to make it right. I did receive a refund for my orderfrom the submitted complaint but drove away very disappointed and hungry. Please fix your systems or at least empower youremployees to make things right at the window! Read more

So yesterday or Saturday, June 3rd depending on when you're reading this, we placed our order at drive-thru. There was no one... behind us. I want to make that clear because here's the the ridiculousness of what occurred. We asked what the two for $5 dealincluded. The young man, who took our, order rattled off the menu quickly like an auctioneer. I was like, "Wow that was fast." So I tried to tell my mom what I thought I heard and we ordered from that. He said our choice wasn't part of the menu. I askedhim to repeat it slowly becuase he spoke too quickly. He went at the same speed as the first time. Still no one was behind usat the time, therefore it wasn't a need to rush. While we tried to figure out the menu, a female joined in and we asked her ifshe could repeat the two for $5 deal because he spoke too quickly. He spoke over her (still the same spped, smh) while she triedto tell us but then he stopped and she told us so I ordered two of the same sandwiches. I also asked for one without pickles andonions and also ordered the chicken fries. He was unable to get that order correct so I repeated the sandwich, "Yes, one withoutpickles and onions." When he quoted the price to me I said to my mom that I didn't think that order was correct because it wasfor the price of one deal. When we pulled up to the window it wasn't correct . He told me that I only ordered one sandwich andone chicken fry. I told him it was not true and I repeated what was said. He said to me, in a tone of annoyance and verycondescending, "No, that's not what you said." Before we received the food I told him I wanted the honey mustard sauce andasked for my mother the barbecue. He made another meal however when we got it I looked inside the bag and saw no sauce. I wentinside and told him I didn't get the sauce and again he said to me, "Well you didn't tell me what you wanted." I said no that'snot true I did and I repeat it exactly what I said to him. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Let me tell you why. It was a dark stormy night the thunder was rumbling, rain... was falling at an alarming rate. I pulled into this Burger King & got my order, it was a big order the Family Bundle and 2 for 5Big Kings. I was tired from work and just wanted to go home, as I pull into the window a friendly gentlemen opens the window andask for the money & makes a dorky joke about having a long day, 4 minutes later he opens the window again & gives me my order. Ithank him and go on my way. usually my order is always correct so I didn't bother to re-check my bags, I pull off & stop at thestop sign, I look down at my phone & not even a second after I looked down the same young gentleman was standing in front of mycar holding a bag, he was drenched, his hat acting as an umbrella protecting his face from the rain, the darkness of the nightsurounding him. It was almost super natural, he runs up to my car frantically, shows me a bag, gives me a smile and apologizesfor forgeting to give me 1 of the Big Kings at the window. I grab the bag and put it on my passenger seat & by the time I lookedback out my window to thank him he was gone. Just. like. that. Till this day I wonder where he is now. Maybe he is taking orderseven as you read this. That is why I say that this Burger King has some of the best customer service out here. Manager and staff are very friendly. Every time I go am always greeted by happy employees. My food order is correct majority of... thebtime. even if there is an error it gets fixed quickly. Overall, I prefer this location over the other ones in Aurora. Keepup the good work! Read more

The service can be slow at times but the restaurant is clean and easy to find, the food is good and they have a tv to watch as... well as high chairs for the little ones. Read more
