The ice cream flavors are unique and even some of the standard ones didn't make the cut. Everything's made in house, including... the dairy-free options, which are more similar to sorbet, not trying to be something they're not. The waffle cones are deliciousand crisp, made fresh in house. The blood orange was unique and tart, the butter pecan was thick and had a maple undertone. AMAZING creamery that makes their own ice cream flavors. They carry dairy free as well. I wanted to try 2 flavors and they were... willing to do 1/2 scoop so I could have them both in a super yummy waffle cone. Be sure to check the flavors daily as theychange often.
