No hello or may I take your order. The lady was there for a paycheck. Additionally she put in the order wrong so to our surprise... when we arrived home our burgers were not what we ordered. We dined for the first time at Culver?s and were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. The burgers, fries, and chili... were hot and delicious and the custards tasted fantastic. The staff were exceptional and assisted with ordering the meals. Theteam members were very polite and professional. We really enjoyed it. The most amazing manager ever. They messed up the order and since I can not drive she found a way to get the food that was... missing to me. Due to health and not being able to drive makes life tough and she found a way to make it easy for a day. Read more

I was very surprised that you could substitute broccoli instead of fries for free, even kids meals. I liked my reuben sandwich... and my kids were ok with their meals. Staff was so friendly even though you could see that they were short handed on a Mondayafternoon. We will be back! The burgers were cooked just right. We have been having the burgers dry and burnt at the one closer to our home is makes us less... likely to go back to that one. Worth the trip to take the drive. Read more
