Always chaotic inside. It?s hard to get anyone?s attention. Always long waits. I?m giving four stars for food quality only.... Service is one star 18Aug2022 Once again a poor service. Got walk-in pizza today on Frontenac Ave. Order custom made Large thin crust pizza in Alfredo sauce with spinach, garlic,... chicken, olives and mushrooms. Rep stated it will take 10-15 min to make and they did it pretty fast within 10 min. Pizza turnedout so good which I didn?t expect because I originally asked for white sauce pizza with broccoli or cauliflower which theydidn?t have. So Alfredo alternative turned out surprisingly amazing. Everything was fresh, warm and taste awesome, they even hadit cut in numerous little pieces. Total was $23. Though I gotta say for a Large pizza which looks more like Small it?s a bithigh price. I used to live in PA and their Large pizza triangular slice would not fit into your hand & you?d have to roll it tofit in your mouth. But I guess size wise Domino?s pizza differs state to state. All in all I really liked what I ordered atDomino?s pizza & highly recommended! Wish I could add pictures for reference of think crust with my toppings, but to get an ideait resembles to thin pita bread. Read more
Worst dominos location of all time. Severely understaffed, and poorly managed Driver forgot all my sauces. Called in asking to... have someone bring them out. Manager said it would be over an hour. Ordered by phone for carryout. Was told to pick up in 40-45 min. Reached there and was told that I was given incorrect info. The... wait is for another 45 min. I asked them to cancel and we ate something else. There was another customer in front of me whoexperienced something similar hence I decided to cancel. I was totally dissatisfied that there is a lack of comm gap between theteam who takes the order calls and the actual location facility. Extremely bad. Read more
Pizza was dry and bubbled. Employee from the line had bracelets hanging strings over the food that were touching the food and... all other surfaces, very unsanitary. Additionally as tge pizzas were coming out of the oven with bubbles the pizza cuter andboxer didnt care and still put them out. I complained to dominos the manager called me 2 days later offer me coupons wich wasnice but during the conversation he kept repeating to contact him and only him for issues and not dominos and it seemed like hewas reprimanding me like a child.
