I have to say over the years its been hit or miss with different cooks.. Its definitely been changed around by Robert. He is... amazing!!! A driver, an order taker, and a cook. From beginning to end he's made us feel like family. From calling andplacing the order with him, to have him cooking the best food we've ever had From here, and then hand delivering it. I'll onlyplace an order if Robert is taking, making, and delivering. He's truly one of a kind and goes the extra mile. Thanks Robert,Doughballs wouldn't be the same without you!! Read more

Incident happened Friday 2/26/21 around 8-10pm. Very disappointed. Employees neglectful and rude. I loved this place but, the... lack of leadership and customer service skills is extremely disappointing. Put in an order through Grub Hub, Doughballsapparently received my order because I was sent a confirmation email and text saying my order was being prepared along with anestimated delivery time. I was also charged for my order and payment went through. So I waited for my order until it didn?tarrive. It was past the estimated delivery time, called Doughballs asking for an ETA. Discovered they didn?t even have my orderand it was not ready (even though I received an order confirmation) and I was obviously upset. On their website they partnerwith 3 delivery services, one of them being GrubHub. I spoke with Amber who is not a manager but was the person in charge thatnight, and said they dont have access to their Grub Hub tab (even though I received a notification that my order was beingprepared. Don?t restaurants have to accept orders from these sites??). She did not know how to handle this situation and keptsaying it?s not her fault (which hopefully it?s not) however, I told her to leave a note for the manager or the owner because itis Doughballs responsibility to manage their partnership with the delivery services stated on their website. Instead of Amberstepping up and being a leader, she hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. She kept claiming she couldn?t do anythingabout the situation and that is not true. She should?ve let the manager or owner know employees cannot access the GrubHub tab tomake orders coming through. Who knows how long this has been going on, or how many people have been charged for their food andnever received it because they couldn?t access the appropriate delivery portal. Absolutely appalled by Amber?s behavior andrepresentation for this company bc I will not be ordering or referring this place again. Read more

I giving them a one star review for the customer service. I talked to a gentleman who when I asked for a sausage and cheese... pizza laughed at me and said yes it comes with cheese in a condescending tone. I get that it comes with cheese no need to scoffat me and giggle at my expense. I worked in customer service for 10 years and never would've treated a customer the way hetreated me. The pizza at this establishment is amazing and I love when we get to order from here, but between the time it takesto actually get the pizza (always over an hour even on weekdays) and this guy, I probably will not order from here again. It's ashame because like I said their pizza is good. Read more
