Over priced drinks and very poor quality. I don't pay this much at Starbucks. The straw was too thin for the drink. It was... not blended well. They didn't put all the ingredients on top. When I asked about it, I got a long excuse from the staff. Very disappointing experience! Read more
Unless I'm at the location in Oak Lawn, never again. The girl at the register was quiet, repeated an inaccurate order which we... clarified twice, and she appeared to be 14 or so. With 3 or more bustling around behind the counter who appear to be maybe 16. Iwas waiting with my baby for 2 drinks and a woman two places behind us got her order before me. They call out the drinks orderedwhich is confusing since who knows if the dozens of people waiting got the same drink or even heard. Why not call out names? Ayoung man with short curly hair called out what I ordered as a hot latte, snapped back when I repeated it and he nodded, andaIhad to say it should be a chiller. In a tone ruder than the middle school kids I teach he says "Do you want it as a chiller?" Isaid yes that is what I ordered. Another girl had my drink, and I asked about the latte my husband ordered. He insinuated thatwas the one he dumped. Had a mini tantrum breathing out heavily and stomped to make another, not clarifying...mind you.Thankfully my baby was very calm waiting so long. He comes back and says what it is quietly, I thanked him and said "Decafright?" Another tantrum as he huffed and stomped to make it again while speaking in Spanish to his buddies taking up all 4 barseats, one of whom was drinking a McDonald's soda. I'm positive he complained about me to another young girl behind the countersince he didn't hide facial expressions well. Finally I got out of there, and told my husband I hope there's no spit in his. Hedidn't even get the flavor he ordered! Barely tasted like coffee. Perfect for you if you don't actually like coffee. The worst coffee shop in existence. On a typical day for this location, the service would be at a snail pace. There's usually 2... or 3 people in line with fifty staff members behind the counter! I one time had asked for a cup of water with my coffee purchaseand they said that they don't have water to give, only bottled water for to buy. The condiment table is always out of cream andis messy with previous use from customers. You'd think one of the 50 employees would go out to the floor and restock and cleanthe area. You're better off going down to the food court and get Dunkin Donuts. Read more
