After getting home, we realized one of the pizzas was incorrect, we received 2 of the same pizzas when one was supposed to be... without green pepper. I called back and informed them. The lady said they would remake the pizza for pick up. Shorty after thewomen actually called us back to say the two cooks remember making one without green pepper and I would need to take a pictureto prove it. One of the pizzas was being eaten so we wouldn?t have had a comparison . We were going to take the picture andasked where to send it when we were placed on the extended hold for a second time. It is completely insulting to the customer.Why would we inconvenience ourselves in the middle of trying to feed young kids and prepare Thanksgiving dinner to make a secondtrip to the restaurant for the pizza we ordered. It was their mistake they couldn?t even take accountability and respect thepaying customer. We will never go back. Read more
So apparently all other Jet's offer 50% of on veterans day except this location, I was offered 15%, which is less than ordering... online. I don't mind places not offering Veteran's Day discounts, that is up to any business, but they shouldn't advertise(along with the John Jett's posting about it) as having one then retract when called. I never post reviews but this used to be my favorite pizza place for many years, so I feel like I must speak out. It has been... going down hill for a long time, and now they are refusing to accept reward points that loyal customers like me have been savingup. This is coupled with a sharp decline in the food quality, as well as service that has dropped dramatically. Just close thestore down already and save everyone the hassle. I?ll be ordering from other local pizza places and avoiding this overpricedheadache from now on. Read more
Placed text order. Arrival was 6:20. It?s now 7. Called store..on hold right away..cam back on asked if it?s Chris then nothing.... Said delivery was shout-out be at 620. Got excuse of delivery drivers then placed on hold again! Not a stay on the line with adelivery customer past 40? or wait to see if I say yes you can put me on hold. $45 order for this service. I ordered two pizza's with boneless wings which never arrived. When I called to check on my order I was told it was "on it's... way". 45 minutes later we had to leave for a function for my kids. I called back and said I wanted the order canceled because wehad to leave. I was told the order was marked "DELIVERED". Then I was told that the driver was in an accident but that I wouldget a credit back on my credit card. Guess what didn't happen?? No credit back. $50 for nothing but attitude. Jets pizza is generally great. However, I did not have a good experience with this location. Ordered 8 corner pizza, hot wings... with blue cheese (extra $0.99 charge), and salad. I was not informed that they were out of wings until I arrived to pick uporder. They refunded the wings, however I discovered that they still included the blue cheese and charged for it. Why would Istill want the blue cheese without the wings? I order 1 half of the 8 corner pizza with green pepper and pepperoni and the otherhalf cheese only. I received a pizza with green pepper on 1 half and pepperoni on the other half. Read more
This establishment is absolutely fantastic. The pizza tastes great, the service is great, your order is always on time. They... have a great special daily called the lunch special, two slices of their delicious pizza & a 20 oz. beverage. I have gone tothis Jet's several times & will continue to go due to how great they are. I honestly recommend this place to everyone who lovesgood pizza. Read more
