I ordered the Beach club which is supposed to be double meat and provolone. I didn't receive double meat not the provolone. I... asked to remove the avocado, but they gave me avocado. I hate this is the closest location to my house. They ALWAYS mess up my order, whether it?s delivery or pick up. Deliveries are... always over an hour, I pay for extra meat and never get it. Today I picked up, asked for extra turkey, and added on provoloneand onion. Just to get home and see I have a regular amount of turkey, no provolone, no onion. This place is the worst jimmy johns I have ever ordered from. I ordered 2 sandwiches that took an hour before it went out for... delivery. I left specific instructions for driver to call when he/she arrived and they never did. Instead they left my foodoutside on the ground in the wrong place. Wrong company. ??????????? Like wait what? I ordered ahead of time. I?m so disappointed Icancelled my order. All they could say is sorry. My order as taken over an hour to be delivered and this is NOT the first time that this happens. I placed my order at 1:55pm,... called to check the status at 2:33pm and was told that the driver would be here in "5 minutes" and it is now 3:02 as I writethis and still no delivery. The first time this happened I thought it was a mistake but I now realize that this is a trend atthis location. Their phone etiquette also lacks. On another occasion I had to call back because my sandwich bread was verystale. I love Jimmy Johns but am very disappointed that this is the closest location to my job. Rude and mannerless people. Called me and threatened me to give tip or ?my driver won?t walk out this door?. The store is less... than a mile from my home. Took an hour , to deliver just 1 sandwich and it?s less than a mile from my home. I love Jimmy Johnsandwiches and this place is ruining the reputation of the company. I hope they lose the franchise.
