This is probably the worst McDonald's in Aurora. The worst the absolute worst. I live down the street from these lowlifes and... every time I go here I get cold cheeseburgers and cold fries and when I call them to complain about it they don't do nothing.Stay away from this McDonald's Read more
Always stale fries. Can't raise prices on everything and not have your workers do the bare minimum. Customer service voices are... great, but the service is poor. Read more
For some reason the like to keep the dining room closed even if ur handicapped! And then if ur in a wheelchair they also refuse... take ur order in the drive through!!! I will not ever be returning to this McDonald's ever again!!!! Read more

I was here a few days ago. I waited for my food from ordering at 5:17p and didn't receive my food till 5:43pm. My order was... wrong and my fries were old fries that had been dropped into the fryer a second time to be reheated. Every time I come to thisMcDonald's they screw up my order. This day the lobby was even closed early, as I sent my son in to get something we forgot. Thetime for closing on the window stated 10pm. I'm so disappointed at this store. It was my first job at 16 in 2002 and I workedthere 2 years through high school. The quality of food and service nowadays has suffered and I'm now ashamed to say I was onceproud of my job. Read more
I enjoy going to this McDonald's. Because the employees that works at this McDonald's are playful. It seems like they didn't... mind coming to work. It was nice and clean.
