Food was very poor and extremely cold. During winter that kind of food is really unexpected. Worst experience ever. ???? It is... unexpected that meditation restaurant does not have kabab, although they mentioned kabab in the website. I would not recommendanybody to go to that restaurant. Read more

I walked in literally five minutes before close. They were so accommodating. Manager Tom was extra friendly and really went the... extra mile to take care of my last minute order. Just want to say thanks and Im very grateful for the friendly service andhospitality. Sometimes a good experience like that can turn your whole day around. Thanks Tom!!! Read more

I am quite dissatisfied with the quality of food that I got on a pickup order. The chicken shawarma pita was soaking wet as if... somebody poured water on it. I got small bits of chicken and not the shawarma. The naf fries were soggy and seemed not friedproperly. Not sure if the staff is not properly trained or it?s just they have stopped caring about quality. Very disappointed. Read more

Place is overall good and have went several times. Sometimes they're pretty stingy with their meat (almost feels like your... ordering vegetarian with how little meat they give you) so depending on what you like your meat to sides ratio can be a problemor a good thing cause you can fill up on rice, salad and pickles. Alot of different flavors and textures so you don't get easilybored of the food. Staff is generally friendly. Dining area always looks disastrous and for this I typically take it to go. Read more

This used to be a favorite of mine but seems to have gone down hill. The staff seemed annoyed they had a customer distracting... from using their phone (even wearing earpods). The portions were greatly reduced from the past with chicken shawarma. It used tobe spilling out and very full of chicken. Now there was little chicken and filled mostly with other stuff (that you do get topick) but the pita was not stuffed at all. Everything tasted good though. But it was also more expensive. I respect thechallenges restaurants face but a staff that doesn't want customers, half the food portions and double the price may explain whythis place isn't very busy anymore. I won't be back. Which is disappointing because I love this type of food. Read more

So, years ago Naf Naf offered tasty Middle Eastern food. Over time the quality has been gradually falling (both quality of food... and cleanliness of the restaurants). They seem to have come back after hiatus due to the pandemic. I just paid a visit to NafNaf at Fox Valley location. It is awful. They turned it into a Chipotle assembly line style diner run by some cluelessteenagers. Food quality is even lower than in 2019 (last time I visited them). And no potato chips! They used to be deliciouslong time ago. Tasteless soggy pitas... Trying to understand what happened I read up about the company. Turns out the originalfounder passed away suddenly in 2018 and since then the company has been taken over by some corporate investment firm. NO WONDERit went down the drain quickly. I seriously pity peeps who praise this establishment now. It is mere shadow of what it was 5-6years ago. Read more

ZERO STARS. I ordered two sides of Basmati Rice and two side of Chicken Shawarma earlier today in the afternoon to go. Came back... home and finally sat down to eat one of the basmati rice and the chicken shawarma. After a couple of bites, i suddenly feltsomething pointy cut my tongue. My first thought was it's a piece of bone and immediately spat out the food. To my horror, I seeit is not a bone but A PIECE OF METAL (pictures attached). It looks like an open ended staple but could be something else. Andit was either in the basmati rice or the chicken shawarma. I am HORRIFIED. I am so thankful that I luckily did not swallow it.This kind of thing should NOT be happening, EVER. I have tried calling the Naf Naf multiple times to speak to the manager there, but no one picks up the phone...the automated message keeps repeating. I have been a regular customer of Naf Naf for many yearsbut after today's incident, this place should be closed down. A restaurant having metal in their food should not be allowed tooperate. DISGUSTED. Read more

Naf Naf is the fast food of Middle Eastern restaurants. As McDonalds is to American burgers, so is Naf Naf to Middle Eastern... cuisine. The Chicken Kabob Combo Plate and the Pick 2 Steak Kabob Combo Plate had a little bit of everything if you areinterested in trying for the first time. The steak is $0.60 more. The quality of the meats were on point for the price. Thehummus was rich-tasting and fresh, the flavors of the purple cabbage & chopped cucumber salads were well- balanced & delicious.I wish that the bread was warm and softer. This is a busy establishment and many families were eating late on a Saturdayevening. Even so the surfaces of the tables were clean and the trash can was not overflowing. All of the food items are laidout in plain sight like Chipotle's assembly line with employees serving you, and so it's easy to see what is being put onto yourplate. The servers behind the serving table worn masks and the only downside to that is that with the loud music it wassometimes hard to hear them. The music is on the louder side, but it does match with the trendy decor of the dining area. Ithink Naf Naf is a bargain for the price point, and the food is quick service and convenient after a long day. Read more
