I stopped to get noodles and spring roles The rep took her time first and didn?t greet or said hello I gave her my order and... than all of a sudden she tells me to wait 6 minutes for noodles even though it was full and another rep was giving to peopleafter me I asked her why she is giving it to her and she can?t give it to me she kept insisting on order given before me I feltdiscriminated and since this is the second time it happen i will not eat at panda neither my family nor my friends Read more

Noodles is much better than the rice. My favorite place to eat when I go to the mall. There's a long waiting line on weekends.
The customer service was great. Everyone staff member was polite and everything was very clean and organized.
Generally good fast Chinese food (warm & freshness), but, sometimes the staff just don't seem to care... As far as dining... area cleaness , that depends again on the staff as well as the customers, sometimes some customers can really leave the placea major big mess to clean-up. I guess carry-out is more of my suggestion/preference. Read more
Not that I won't be calling management in the morning. I get that you close when you aren't busy but to refuse a paying customer... for food that is already made is a little ridiculous. You literally had 20 minutes until closing the only thing someone had beencraving for weeks and tonight you close early. Now I'm hangry. I hope your employees get joy out of your reviews because nowit's yet another bad one. Nice job employees you're doing a great job and an amazing job by your boss. Read more
