The manager was rude and disrespectful, when I called to make them aware that not all of my order was delivered the manager made... them hang up on me, when I called back the manager then put me on hold and did not answer the phone. I then drove over to thePizza Hut and how conveniently the manager had left. The worker who was at the counter was very respectful and understood andgot me what was missing from my order. He should get a raise. As for the manager they need to be fired and I will be going toupper management about the managers actions. Thank you. Read more
I only have two stars because the one employee I interacted with was pleasant. But my food was wrong. When I called to place the... order the lady at the call center was giving me incorrect information so I jus ordered online? instead of bacon I got ham in achicken bacon melt? no thank you a waste of money Read more
My fiance and I ordered pizza from here late on Thursday night, within an hour of closing. Our pizza was on its way within about... ten minutes, and when we got it we saw that it was dough-y and undercooked. We figured they got lazy in the last hour, so myfiance talked to someone at Pizza Hut the next day and they apologized and said that they would give us a free pizza that day,and to pick it up at 6pm. At 6pm, the staff had no idea who we were or anything about our free pizza, they said they wouldcredit my account $20. Well, the pizza they messed up was about $30. So we called again, and were told that we would be given$30 credit, and it would show up on my Pizza Hut app. When we tried to order, there was NOTHING credited on my app. We called,and they said that we should have a $15 credit, and that there is no possible way we could have more than $20 credited becausesupposedly there is a "limit". We stopped there and will not be returning. There is zero communication between employees andzero desire to correct mistakes. I know it?s a busy Friday night but I placed an order and it was supposed to be ready around 8:25 and it?s 9:10 and I?m still... standing in here and there?s like 15 other people in the lobby complaining about how long it?s taking and there?s supposed to bea drive through and there isn?t. I?ve been standing here thirty minutes and the guy at cash register seems really nice and he?scool but this is annoying. We definitely won?t be coming back to this Pizza Hut ever again. My kids asked for Pizza Hut, so I obliged. I didn't realize Pizza Hut doesn't have their own delivery drivers. They contract out... to Door Dash. The delivery driver was Muva M. from Door Dash. When my food was delivered I thanked the driver and opened the boxof Pizza to find 2 (TWO) slices of pizza missing and 2 out of 6 wings missing. How disgusting!!! I called Pizza Hut immediatelyand they said they would remake the order and send it out with another driver. I politely declined that offer and asked for arefund. They said they world refund the order. I also contacted Door Dash and made a complaint with them as well. I have NEVERexperienced this kind of service before. Well, take a look at the pizza. We asked and paid for "extra cheese." The shift manager or whatever her position, told my... mother that that was how the extra cheese should look. She never offered to add more. A female customer was already inside,before we were helped, told them about the parking lot being full of ice. Extremely thick ice. The response was received asif it was no problem for them. When I drove past the restaurant, I decided to see if it was remedied. Take a look at thepictures. It was not. No table service or if there was it was very slow. Don?t expect a pizza hut experience. There were only 2 people running the... store on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a thin crust pizza and it tasted like wood. Its a combination of pizza hut and wingsplace. Well decorated but poorly managed and pizza is not up-to the mark. I have ordered twice here and both experiences weretasteless because their pizza was unpalatable. Read more
