Pizza has been great for the price. I would choose them over Little Caesars. However, ordering over the phone is a hit or miss.... I've been coming here since it they opened and depending who's managing that day, they may not answer the phone. As I'm writingthis review, I'm calling to see if they will answer as I sit in the front of the shop. Note, they're not busy, just ignoring thephone. If you look at everyone's else's review, you'll see the phone is an on going issue with many clients. If they want to bebetter, that's where they should start. That's all you to management. Let's hope they actually read the customer reviews. Read more
Pizza is good but they never take over the phone orders...also when you go in the customer service is completely garbage

Really good for the price. I'll definitely continue to patronize this business. The pizza was good, freshly made (of course) and... the gentleman who helped was nice. I wished it had a little more cheese but still good. I ordered the large sausage pizza. Read more
It?s hard to support a business where the employees take the phone off the hook 25 minutes before closing on a Friday night,... especially that there catch phrase is hungry now, pizza now and the average time for pick up is 10 minutes, everybody knowsFriday?s are meant for late night pizza, it?s a shame people don?t know what it means to work for a living, how hard can yourjob be? It?s a pizza joint it?s all repetitive motion, one thing to the next, same thing everyday, you have one job to do, it?snot hard to take an order and cut the phone 5 minutes before close to do the closing duties, this is definitely the best way tolose customers.I also got hung up on the last time I ordered. The pizza is good but everything about there work ethic is subpar, except for the owner running the shop, no fault of his own, his hands are tied because you can?t get people to work inAurora, even if they have a job. Good pizza. Good price. Usually 10-15 mins wait time. When it?s really busy, these guys bang it out and it?s about 20 mins.
