Don't tip the driver till you get your pizza. I used to deliver. This pizza got tossed on the floor. Slid all the way to the... side. It was supposed to be sausage onions peppers. 50% onions. Not cool man. 7pm Saturday. 10/1/22 same sad reviews. Friedmushrooms were smashed and undercooked. Meatball sandwich was delicious. Everything else was undercooked again. Read more
I ordered tonight (6/28/22) on the app slice to only get half my order 2hrs later. Got ahold of slice to be told 15-20 for my... two salads that never showed & the shop is refusing to refund my money on the two salads ($33 is a lot of money). The pizza is very overpriced, we ordered a 14? and it was $35, adding a topping was $2 extra. Then instead of tracking it on the... website, they make you download an app to see where it is. We ordered at around 9:20 and did not get the pizza until an hour anda half later at around 11:15. We contacted the restaurant to see if they knew what was going on but the girl on the other endwas extremely unhelpful and had an attitude. By the way, Rosati?s is a 7 mins drive from us. When the pizza arrived it was warmand not fresh, like it had been sitting for a while. The taste was dull as well. Overall, you should save your money go someplace else, more affordable and good quality, this $35 pizza was not worth it. Read more
I understand that they are busy with the deliveries, but the customer service is something so basic that this place lacks a lot... of this, the girl that they have in front of the desk is terrible your attitude is rude she is not attentive I do not even bringcutlery to the table ,and once upon arrival he notified me that they were going to close at 11:30 pm the kitchen that I askedfor and my order, I arrived at 10 pm. This is apart from the fact that the pizza took 50 minutes and arrived super burned andthe bathroom of the place was disgusting. Terrible this site. Every time I order here they get my order wrong. So I got a replacement order and they still got that wrong, charged me for... extra sauce and the delivery gave my soda away to the previous customer. I have a pizza in ziplock bags in my freezer witholives (I said no olives) on it right now hoping company will eat it one day. Do yourself a favor and try MACIANOS in NORTHAURORA ?????? I always get the lasagna and I get extra sauce and cheese no charge? it?s perfect every time and they call if theyare not sure what you want. Don?t bother with this Rosatis and please don?t get that undercooked calzone smh it was horrible andI got so sick. Try MACIANOS? Not sure why people have so many issues at this location. I?ve been frequenting this location for over six years and have been... content with every experience. Consistent always. What?s great is they have to be realistic with the delivery times which theyusually say 45 mins to 90 mins but I have never waited longer than 30. Just look how great this pizza is...! Read more
I placed a large order of pizzas here for a high school awards night (100+ people) and everything was fantastic! The placing of... the order was easy, the pizzas were hot and ready right on time, plates and napkins for us were included, AND these guys helpedus load nearly 30 pizzas into the car!
