Horrible. I?ve gone to this location before, and have had minor issues I usually I just ignore the situation. However, today, I... couldn?t ignore it. Ordered at the drive thru. Was given a melted milkshake. Ignored it, got home and the hot dog I ordered wasCOMPLETELY soggy and squished. I seriously thought they gave me just the wiener, nope just an extremely squished, soggy manhandled bun. Was wrapped in tin without a box. My garlic burger was also extremely oily, I thought ok fine just too much butteron the bun. Took a bite, it was also DRENCHED in garlic sauce. Literally dripping. So gross. Wasted almost $20 and ended uphaving to make something at home, which I was trying to avoid considering the busy day I had. Had to come Back and include myexperience with management. Spoke with shift lead Alex. Was told he would return my call within 10-15mins. 1hr later, no call soI called back. Spoke with another shift lead, was told to speak with the manager Stella, was told there is no way to process arefund, which is a complete lie, I?ve witnessed customers request refunds due to their terrible service. They had no problemgiving her a refund, yet here I am being lied to saying there is no way of doing so. Was then given an attitude by Stella sayingthere is nothing she can do and hung up on me . Not a good way to treat your customers. Oh also have to mention she said thatis how the burger comes. Food decent and reasonable. They have switched over to different model after covid which I understand. They have you order at ... kiosk and they call your order # out. I did find it tacky that they ask for a tip when go to pay. Don't even have any humanInteraction so doesn't make sense Read more
Just...dead. You order from a kiosk, the menu is pared down and you pick your food up when they call your number. There was... one other family in the restaurant. Food was good, I've always been a fan of the skinny fries. I miss the hustle and bustle ofthe SnS experience. I hope it bounces back, this existing format won't bring me back. 4 stars for the food. They need more employees or something. The 2 men that were there were pleasant and helpful. They were out shakes. Ikr steak and... shake with no shakes. Crazy! You use the kiosk to order yet it asks to leave a tip. FOR WHAT if you didn?t take my order, bringmy food or throw it away. Door handle was broke and broke my nail trying to get in the door. Crazy! Reminded me of dining in a third world country. Drive thru closed, trash overflowing and blowing around parking lot, no... restrooms, dining area barricaded, ice machine broken, fountain soda undrinkable (we ended up throwing away our cups), NOSHAKES.
