We had a wonderful visit. This was not our first visit but we haven't been there for many years. My two boys (22 and 16) were... sure to collect many plates. How it works:. Once seated, you can order drinks on the call station at your table or wait on awaiter. They will bring a warm towel to wipe your hands before you start. I think my boys had each eatten three plates beforethe warm towels arrived. Each table has two little doors that open to the conveyor belt that the sushi goes by on. It is like alittle enclosed train track. There will be a card that gives the name of the sushi and a description of what is in it followedby several plates of that same type of sushi. Open the door and grab a plate that interests you. You have to be quick. Thereis also a little poster that explains the cost of each colored plate at each table. Remove the cover and stack those up at theend of your table. Waitstaff will swoop in and grab those occassionally. Stack the empty plates on your table. At the endthey will tally how many plates of each color you consumed to figure out the total. It is a courtsey to stack same coloredplates together so it is easier for waitstaff to count at the end. This takes going out for sushi to a new level and reminds meof a visit to Tokyo 20 years ago. Most of the sushi was great. The tuna (maguro) was disappointing but there were so manyoptions we didn't mind too much even though it is our favorite. Maybe it will be better next time. Part of the fun wasgrabbing something new to try and sharing it knowing if we loved it another would be along shortly. If we didn't love it thatwas ok because we only had one order. The sushi chefs did a great job keeping the line full and it didn't take long to get arepeat of a favorite. Ultra fresh, premium cuts and inventive menu items. We ended up sitting in a booth and ordered directly off of a tablet rather... than being directly at the rotary. So we will definitely return and do the rotary when we can. Read more

Love rotary sushi places. Sushi+ is solid. Prices are good and menu is varied. Having the order screen in front of you to get... items not on the conveyor is very nice. Fun place! Great variety -- a bunch of classics and fun new stuff too. Good range of prices, so you can decide if you want to... splurge or take it easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Sushi + is always wonderful, and I'm so happy that they're back open for conveyor sushi. It's lots of fun to try the different... flavors and everything is very fresh, didn't have a roll we didn't like out of our multiple pulls.
