Don?t go here. My fiancé and I both work in the restaurant service and understand how difficult it can be at times.. we also... don?t complain. We both ordered omelets that came out cold with maybe an ounce of filling total. It was a flat cold egg with acouple pieces of corn, pinch of cheese and sausage for $12. We were hesitant to say anything but when we opened the omelets toshow the waitress we were told ?that?s just how it is.? The overall service was good.. Food was absolutely terrible. Our server Kaitlyn was fantastic! She was working half the restaurant on her own and so we expected for her to be rushing and... maybe forget to grab a thing or two. She was very sweet and we loved her. Our problem was with the GM Mark. He was rude,condescending, and was yelling at our server the whole time we were there. You could see she was getting overwhelmed with himyelling and her trying to wait on customers at the same time. If she wasn?t able to grab something he yelled, tried to ring inan order he yelled, she messed up one order (the table was nice about it) and he yelled again. I have to be honest, this restaurant was very very dirty. The booth we were in the walls were dirty the glass was dirty the... table was dirty underneath the table was dirty. It kind of ruined my appetite and then the waitress spilled my husband's maindish on the table and asked if it was okay? We asked for extra napkins at the beginning of the meal and she brought them as wewere leaving. Bob Evans used to be a solid restaurant from my own recollection, but after several upsetting meals, I've given up. In my most... recent visit, I ordered a soup, a steak, and a breakfast sampler. The soup came out first, service speed was alright, but thenoodles in the soup were so soggy that they dissolved with the slightest touch. The egg I ordered was seemingly artificial, asit was a fried yellow slab. The hash browns were cold and unseasoned, and unfortunately, so was the steak. The steak was stilldark red (not even cooked to medium rare), not warm, and had no seasoning or marinade whatsoever. Incredibly upsetting. Theprices only sealed the deal that it was a total waste of money. I suggest spending it elsewhere. Read more
