I think some improvements can be done on customer service of this place. I walked in one time, & I was the only customer in. I... saw 3 employees, one was busy refilling the food station, the other 2 chatting by the right corner (cashier corner). All of themsaw me come in, but for 3 solid minutes, I was just being made to wait, while in my mind, I'm thinking: "maybe they don't wantmy business of ordering food here, 'coz they surely are not in a hurry to serve you". If you?re craving chipotle I HIGHLY suggest taking the time to drive to Harrison or Hebron because the Aurora location is... **horrible**. Every experience is bad. They?re always out of something. If they aren?t out of something, chances are they?lljust straight up forget to put it on your bowl or in your bag. The employees have a terrible attitude. I was once informed theywere only accepting online orders and the cashier became aggressively upset/started slamming pans when I ordered online andwaited for my food?.how does it make sense to be open and only accepting online orders but then get mad when I put the order in?I understand things happen beyond the crew?s control but it would be more understandable if they were at least polite aboutit. I?m only writing the review because I?m tired of letting chipotle know how bad this location is-they don?t do anything orcare; they give you free food or coupons but it doesn?t really solve the issue unless you go to another location. I don't usually write reviews or go out of my way to Say anything negative about a restaurant. I have been going to the Chipotle... at least once a week for the last 2 months. Every week that I go it seems like it gets worse and worse. Always out of somethingsometimes up to 3 or 4. Today I went in and the back looked like A-war zone. More than a usual restaurant should. They had newgirls working in the front which was great to see, But the blonde or the manager whoever it was was hounding that poor girl.Yelled at her for taking guac from the to go station, to put on the restaurant station. I was next in line asked her for someguacamole and told me I couldn't have any even though she just took a full Pan away from that girl. I almost left and didn't buymy food. Asked if I could just order guacamole online since I can clearly see they have some and basically told me no. Ordered online and the food was ready ahead of pickup time, which is a stark contrast from the Harrison location. Unfortunately... they were out of chips and the protein that we wanted, but they substituted accordingly. Overall a great and speedy experience. Read more
The actual service was good. However, half of the fountain drinks were out of order including all the diet drinks and the... water. They let customers spend $3 for a drink without telling us about it. And we had the bowls which ranged from $15 to $18each. Crazy expensive. The food was very good and fresh but not worth the price.
