I stopped for a coffee with 1 car ahead of me and 1 in the other lane. First they charged me for something else and had to... refund some money. We waited several minutes before they come out and say they're out of coffee and making more. We weren'thappy about that, considering they didn't look busy and there was plenty of help yet they just now were getting around to thecoffee? They had us pull ahead and said someone would be out in 3 minutes with the coffee. We waited 8 minutes before we justdrove off. 20 minutes in line and they still didn't have my coffee despite having plenty of help and not many customers. Read more
Drive-through is always quick and courteous! The workers are always really nice. Never been inside this restaurant, but from the... outside I'll always seems clean. And from the staff I would assume it is. Just always too busy. Give him a try it's worth it. Bea lot more worth it if the prices went back to normal but that doesn't seem to be part of our future. This McDonald's is just as good as any McDonald's are anymore. The food is just not what it used to be, it is somewhat... flavorless it seems. Fries are usually cold no matter which McDonald's you go to. This used to be my first choice when goingfor fast food. Now, its definitely my last choice. This was the filthiest McDonald's I had ever been in. There was garbage on the floor along with food on the floor. There was... spilled soda all over the counter and drink station. My 10-year-old granddaughter was even disgusted and refused to ever eathere again. They were not that busy, and we were the only people on the inside. There appeared to be plenty of help. Just went through the drive through?. Waited and waited, pulled forward for fresh frys?. Well they were soggy and cold before... even making it to the car. Then get home eating and talking, don?t notice burger is virtually raw until someone pointed it out.(Could have probably tasted the difference but I still have no taste or smell from COVID) Read more
