On Nov 2nd they served me cold and old bbq chicken. Got given two free coupons one for free med tot one for free med slushy.... Didn't bother to look at the tots but when I finally got home opened the bag and the med tot container had 6 tots in it. Whichdoesn't even fill it half way. Called and at first was told that's how many it takes to fill it but the box was not anywherenear full. After being on hold I got word I can come back and get a new one this is not worth my time or especially my gassomething so simple should be done right the first time never coming back to this location. Halloween night, 50 cent corn dogs. Place was hopping. They had a young man directing traffic, very personable. The corn dogs... weren't cooked all the way thru, but as many people that were there for corn dogs, they probably couldn't keep the oil hotenough. Read more
Honest review, tonight?s service was the worst car hop we?ve had. Our sons WP meal was wrong, my husband ask for it to be fixed.... Our car hop Harley brought a new burger out, and yet again the second burger was still wrong. We ask for a WP cheeseburger withketchup. First burger was no cheese or ketchup. Second one was ketchup only. After letting them know again it was incorrect ourcarhop sent a new car hop out who came out with an attitude wanting to know how we thought our order was wrong. Her solution wasfor her to just bring a slice of cheese to us. Over all it could have been handled better. Super disappointed. Read more
Staff are generally very happy and have smiles on their faces, which is always nice to see. We typically don't have to wait very... long Iine, which is nice and the food is typically good. I had the Big Dill burger and it was the best burger I've had inawhile. Read more
This place is always hit or miss. Today was a miss for sure. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and only got one beef patty... and a huge piece of the heal of the lettuce head that was turning brown. And the fries were so salty and cold I couldn't eatthem. Please do better sonic. Read more
The employee Ben was friendly and courteous. Even though busy, I received my order fast. I highly recommend this Sonic!
My daughter works here. Car hops are very polite an respectful. I always try to give a tip change mostly wish I could give more... but times are tough. Shout out to all the car hops that work hard and smile Even when customers are being jerks! Keep up thegood work! Read more
