The reason I rated the service a 2 was I probably go to this particular restaurant about once a month because it's close to... where I live and almost every time I either get the wrong food or I get shorted food. I've learned over time that you bettercheck your sack before you leave the drive thru. I've called and complained before and they send me a coupon for something freebut thats not fixing the root of the problem. Please figure out what the problem is and fix it. Read more
Wastage of money. They serve cold food. Better to check food for take out before leaving.

Arby's did me wrong today. I asked for a chicken biscuit and I got a chunk of rock hard, deep fried batter. Waste of $3.
