My husband and I stayed here (at the main Inn) the two nights after getting married at another venue around the other side of... the lake. We received unparalleled service from all staff at the Inns. A bottle of champagne was chilled in our room, ahandwritten note, help with restaurant reservations, the list goes on! I loved the coffee and homemade breakfast bars & localyogurts in the hallway each morning. The view from our semi-private porch was excellent. Read more

My partner and I stayed here for the first time and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The spa is... top notch, the food at 1833 was amazing and our inn keeper was exceptional at making our stay wonderful. Sue the GM was so kindto us when we interacted with her at the Spa as well as the front desk manager. The walking tour was very insightful into thehistory of the town/Inns and getting to tour each of the properties was great. We are looking forward to our next visit andhaving the opportunity to bring friends and family on the next visit! Read more

I found this place on TikTok because the owner, Pleasant Rowland owns this place. Very nice!! Felt very private and our... innkeeper, Sheila was very nice! Did not go to the spa but I heard it was good. The gym is very nice! There is a peloton. Onepiece of advice I would have for the gym though is to please have Clorox wipes or something like that so people can sanitize themachines before and/or after their workout. Dale at the desk is very nice. Did not go to the spa but I have heard it is verybeautiful and there is a day pass available for anybody interested (not sure how much it costs) Did not go on the hiking trailbut there is one for guests, think I will do that next time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again Read more

We stayed at Wallcourt Hall and it was a great experience. The rooms and the parlor are beautifully decorated and the staff... truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed sitting near the fireplace in the parlor at night with a glass of wine and playingbackgammon (plenty of different games/puzzles to choose from to pass the time). Dinner and brunch at 1833 Kitchen and Bar wasamazing not to mention the wonderful views of Cayuga Lake from the dinner table. A very relaxing mini vacation. Plenty of greatwineries in the area as well as many state parks featuring beautiful waterfalls and trails. You won’t be disappointed! Read more

Great place, pricey, but worth it. Lots of free activities to attend, and others you pay for. Loved the yoga with Jackie. She... is a gem, THE BEST YOGI I've ever had?? We hadn't of fun, biking, kayaking, & short mini-hike. Loved being on Cayuga Lake, sopeaceful. Sunsets were gorgeous & everyone was so helpful. See if you can catch up with Grace when you get there for a list ofhidden gems in the Finger Lakes region. Take a bike ride to Long Point State Park - it's a good workout. There are restaurantsin Aurora (2), but ask about the area. Check out Dugans Cafe for breakfast/lunch, good eats, locals eat here???? And don't missSalt of the Earth in Union Springs - ah-mazing food, service & ambiance ???? Definitely planning a fall trip here! Read more

Lovely views if you are on the lake side of the building. Bed was comfortable but hypoallergenic pillow was like a rock. Bed... linens were not what I was expecting from the price I was paying. Short cuts were taken on the paper products that shouldn'thave been. Watch out if going out onto the balcony, there wasn't a labeled step down and a nasty fall could be the result. Alsomake sure to lock the door out onto the balcony since it's shared with another room. Guest wifi was spotty when it was working.European breakfast of self serve coffee/tea, homemade granola bar, yogurt and fruit was nice. Granola bars were the best thingabout it. Fruit was shriveled one day but nice the next. They did a nice job remodeling the rooms. The outdoor venue wasbeautiful for special events and receptions. Food for the reception was tasty but came out lukewarm at best. I'm not sure ifthat was because of the unusual table set up or a problem in the kitchen. I can't say enough good things about the staff! Theywent above and beyond to help ensure a pleasant stay. Read more

So nice, beautiful lake view. Have stayed twice this year. Lovely rooms and staff, highly recommend the EB Morgan house in... particular. The food at 1833 is impeccable, the steak is perfect for dinner, ice creams and butter are house concoctions whichcertainly do not disappoint and the french toast is a great breakfast. Lovely getaway Read more
