This is normally my favorite chipotle. The only reason I am posting this review is in hopes that someone sees I ordered pick up... today and my burrito was literally falling apart and not even rolled I tried to re-roll it, and then realized the other side ofit was totally ripped in half. My daughter was an eating her food so I looked at it and there was mold all inside of herquesadilla. I am so grossed out. Hopefully it?s better next time. Read more
I've been fooled like 20 times by this Chipotle. It's so close to home but I will be driving 15 minutes out of my way to not go... here anymore. Once again there was barely any food in my bowl and the guacamole was so brown and gross. I know staffing is anissue but this is unacceptable. Read more
Nothing but horrible things to say about this location. Had an order for 5:10 pickup. I hit some traffic on my way home and got... there around 5:20. Proceeded to wait in the drive thru pickup line for over 30 minutes as they were backed up. Finally got tothe window for them to tell me they threw away my order because I was more than 30 minutes late. I explained to them I had beenwaiting in line and wasn?t 30 minutes late, however, they didn?t care. They said I had to pull around and wait another 25minutes for them to remake my food or I could call customer service for a refund. No apologies, no sorry for the wait. Statedthat they were 30 orders behind (not sure why that?s an excuse to treat people poorly, I was nice and understanding the wholetime) and then slammed the window on me. This is my second awful encounter and I will never return again. Management alsodoesn?t seem to care to teach their employees basic manners. Read more
EDIT: 12/18/21 updating my score to 3 stars? after having been on the road 2 months I ordered through the app this evening... having heard from freinds they have made changes at the restaurant and I can confirm based on my experience today that thingsare MUCH IMPROVED. Food was ready when I arrived, cara were rolling through the chipotlane at a rapid pace and the 2 nice youngmen working in the window were obviously HUSTINLG!!!! food was perfect made exactly as ordered. If this location keeps this up Ican see them dramatically improving their public perception and increasing their reviews to 4+ stars in short time! Edit:10/2/21 back to 1 star! ordered chicken bowl through the app and they DID NOT PUT CHICKEN OR ANY MEAT IN THE BOWL! This locationabsolutely sucks please corporate chipotle close it down!!!! Edit: 9/29/21 upgrading to 2 stars because I ordered today againand arrived at my scheduled time in the chipotlane, My food was ready and made perfectly. This does not negate the horribleexperiences I have had on many previous visits but I will give credit where credit is due and today was 10/10! Waited 40 minutes beyond when our online order was set to be ready. Order was wrong and we were told at that point they were out... of some ingredients. Bowls only half full. The employee shut the window on me when I told him our order was missing items. Avoidthis location. Read more
11:15a 10/18/2021 I had such a great ordering experience at this location. The food was hot, fresh, and ready to be served,... although they were backed up on online orders! The location was very clean, and all employees had on gloves and masks!! Jeff andDamarco were amazing workers that displayed amazing Customer Service!! The two manager at chipotle on October 16 2021 were very great. I had ordered a huge catering order and while it was a little... late made me feel very welcome while waiting. They were very very busy when I first got here there where at least 15 cars in thedrive thru no exaggeration. People don?t realize how much stress comes with the service Industry and they handled it very well.I will definitely be ordering catering from here again !! Read more
The amount of staff working on a Sunday night was impressive in this day and age. Everyone worked together well. The food was... served in fair portions and it all tasted great. No complaints. We?ve learned in the past that if you want a nice bowl of food,you have to go inside and order it in person. The lines are typically not very long inside. Read more
