So fancy. Great selection of products and flawless produce. Mushroom bin is top tier. All a bit pricey but understandably.

Great stores with a lot of good options for organic products. Conveniently has a US Bank inside. Friendly staff and always seems... to be very clean up-to-date on products. Read more

I like shopping here because the produce is always fresh, and they have a large selection of food that is locally grown. The... prices are higher than some other area markets, but I think it is worth it for better quality and selection. Read more

Always has great produce. The store is clean and shelves are stocked and organized. The prepared food is good tasting. The sushi... bar is my favorite. I can't give 5 stars some of the employees are way too cranky. Hopefully in your shopping you get a happylady! Read more

I shop here every week for their large variety of quality produce and name brand consumables. I would've given them 5 stars but... recently my wife visited, and her experience gives me pause. At the checkout, she scanned her Heinen's card and then waited forthe cashier to tell her the price (she always waits for this before swiping her card). But the cashier simply gave my wife areceipt, and when my wife told her "I didn't swipe my card", the cashier said "yes you did, it's noted at the bottom of thereceipt". My wife said, "I better pay more attention to what I'm doing" and proceeded to leave. Before getting to her car, shelooked closely at the receipt and saw it was charged to an Amex card, not to her Visa (we don't have an Amex card). So beingthe honest person she is, my wife went back into the store and pointed out the wrong card was on her receipt. After the storereviewed their video it was determined that my wife's groceries (totalling over $60) had been charged to the previous customer'scredit card. So after a followup phone call to our home it was determined that my wife had to return to the store to pay forher groceries, which she did the following day. Now, maybe we're expecting too much, but wouldn't you think the store would'vegiven us some token of their appreciation for pointing out their error? Imagine how the previous customer (who didn't take areceipt) would react upon discovering they paid $60 for lettuce (the only item on the receipt that was not my wife's). Maybesay, "forget it, your groceries are on us this time". Maybe a 5% off coupon? But no, nothing, only a cursory "Thank you". Isuppose being honest is its own reward, but this was not what we've come to expect from Heinen's. Read more

This is one of the best grocery stores "Ever". Fresh meats and produce, clean store, reasonable prices & "Excellent Service". ... When you are finished shopping, you leave your cart near the exit, walk to your care and get in. A Heinen's Employee thenbrings the cart to your car, and loads all your groceries inside the car for you. Really great "idea" for "elevated service"for their customers. Read more
