Made a quick stop here after buying something at Home Depot in the same plaza ???? Had no idea a CoCo was even here! One of the lady staff (long hair) was terribly rude, very impolite?my order happened to be given out to another costumer and was... returned to the shop wherein the staff and the costumer had an argument before the staff angrily change it. Then I startedasking about my order because I was waiting for too long , I refused to accept the returned milktea for safety. So they made anew one , then staff started to get upset .When she?s about to give me the milktea I check the label and it was wrong againsince those milktea I ordered was NO ice and No sugar ,but she?s insisting that my order was with 70% sugar with ice and she?seven blaming me that I waited too long because I refused to take the returned milktea which was given a while ago to the othercostumer who went back to the store and returned it since they give him the wrong one ...Seriously!!! Who do u think nowadayswill drink a milktea that was handed to someone else , taken out from the store and was returned . She doesn?t want to changedthe milktea because she?s insisting that I really ordered that so I told her just cancel and refund my money rather than wastingmy time arguing with her ?. You get blasted with the stench of chlorine when walking into this location, they have a microphone behind a barrier for covid... but you can?t hear a word they say through it and they can?t hear you. Also after ordering i found out i was roughly waitingover 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusted that there was no wait time given or anything, i almost used my entire break waiting for asingle drink!! I have been visiting this Coco location for quite a while and am quite impressed by the customer service and quality of products... I have recieved. I recently visited again today and decided to try their new limited time drink, the Dragonfruit and OrangeSmoothie. It was well worth the $6.20 and would get it again. Each drink is the same prices as their other locations and wellworth every penny. The inside of the location has a very modern and sleek interior and well spaced out for times like these withCovid-19 Protocols. As well as their Newmarket location, I definitely recommend checking Coco's out here in Aurora since theyhave the menu and options if you are ever in the mood for some delicious thirst quenching bubble tea.
