Food was good, Our Server was lovely however drinks were slow and incorrect due to short staff for the evening which she... apologized for even though two staff members sat at a table with their own food & outside drinks, no one helped our server. It was our first visit and we will definitely revisit if we are ever in the area. It was pretty slow on Saturday so we were... promptly seated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Our meals came out within a reasonable time frame and came outpiping hot. For families, there are high chairs available and they provided sealed crayons along with kids menus that doubled ascolouring sheets, so that was a plus for us. Bright and spacious. Nice vibes. Plenty parking at the plaza. We have been visiting this location many times cuz our daughter... loves their pasta. Food was ok. Price and portion were decent. Great customer service. Our young server Kenna was attentive andfriendly. She came to check on us few times to make sure our drinks and food were good. One star was minus due to the dirtywashroom. If I can give this place negative I would. After we had ordered food. It took over 40 minutes to arrive and when it did it was... the mess I posted on the photos a lemon veal where that plate of water was the sauce. I had to pour out the water cause itcovered the whole plate and made the fried cutlet veal soggy. Inedible. The meatball and spaghetti was super salty. And thevegetables were not even fully cooked. The spicy chicken had way too much baking soda as the texture had gotten. Weird. And ontop of it. Our server disappeared most of the time. Just no this store is a loss. Read more
This is one of my favourite restaurants and yet I’ve never left a review. The food is always wonderful and the staff are... fantastic. Last time my father and I ate at this restaurant we were served by a lovely waitress (“Rain”). She providedwonderful service and was extremely personable. Rain is one of the best waitresses I’ve experienced while dining. She went outof her way to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone’s food was great and the restaurant provides all-you-can-eat breadand salad with the meal for the same price you would pay at other restaurants for just the main dish. Read more
UPDATED REVIEW: Our family continues to return to this restaurant because the kids like the food and the servers are nice. The... quality of the food has improved and we’re getting the sense that our business is appreciated. Increasing my review from 3stars to 4 stars ???????? ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not overly impressed with the food here. Much of the time it’s bland and the cooksin the kitchen need to be trained on confirming allergic ingredients — BUT we keep coming back as the restaurant isaccommodating for little kids and our servers (Brenna and Koi) have been incredibly welcoming and great at their jobs ????????Maybe I’ll increase the rating in the future - but for now, 3/5 for food that is “meh” at best. Food was ok, service wasn’t great. Slow on drinks(even water). Never did offer cheese on our salad/entrées.
We have not been to east side Mario’s since our adult kids were little. Stopped by after golf for a quick bite and was... pleasantly surprised. Sat in the bar at a high top. Service was awesome. Food was perfectly cooked. Would have liked a nicerquality wine but over all staff and management went out of their way to welcome us. Won’t hesitate to go back there again. Read more
