I ordered the duck breast. The presentation was quite good, the polenta was crunchy and fun to eat. Had an amazing experience at Fishbone Kitchen and Bar. There were no tables available so we sat at the bar. It was a wonderful... experience. Our server was super friendly and gave great recommendation for food and drinks. It is a gem with good food andservice. We ordered their famous brussel sprouts, ceviche, paella and chocolate cake. A dining experience that had the potential to be better. The dishes all had an appealing food presentation but unfortunately... were insipid. If I were to recommend anything it would be the Cod for a main and the Earl Grey infused Panna Cotta for dessert.Service was good and overall the restaurant had a nice ambiance as the night progressed. Amazing first experience at Fishbone in Aurora. Oysters were super fresh, some of the best I have ever had. Octopus & Calamari... we’re cooked to perfection. Talk about upscale dining! The experience we had tonight was exquisite! Dave was a wonderful host. The food was delicious and... the quantity was more than we expected...
