Flavour of the wintermelon tea was really good just wished they?d chop up the grass jelly a bit more.
Got my order wrong, similar to a previous review. Ordered two teas, one with coffee jelly but got coconut instead, which sadly... I hate. Mistakes can happen but the store was literally empty so it wasn't like it was too busy or anything. Read more

My elderly mum and I visited here after learning of the new Gong Cha location tonight. The staff were extremely kind and patient... with us as having bubble tea was a new experience for her. They helped us learn about the special BOGO deal too which was thecherry on top! Thank you so much to Kevin and other employee (sorry I didn?t learn your name!) for your brilliant service.
