Fantastic establishment especially for a chain. Mayooran(sp?) Served us our food, brought it to our table during a very busy... lunch rush. He served customers a very professionally, And even though he had an irate person, He was very calm and pleasant andhandled himself very well. This was all overheard from a back table. Ordered the Haddock salad and fries for delivery. The fries and Haddock were okay, but the salad was poorly made. The lettuce... wasn't chopped just laid in the bowl whole with a couple of large slices of tomato and onions sitting on top.The salad wassupposed to come with olives and blue cheese but it didn't. Late night cravings kick in and this is my go to place, open till 4am ???? the owner is awesome, forgot my phone by accident... one time and he stayed past close to make sure I was able to get it. Signature burger is my favourite, toppings always fresh andthe sweet potato fries are to die for. Read more
The fries were excellent. The two $6,99 burghers freshly made and tasty. An hour later my wife commented that she felt very... satisfied. Often fast food does not last. I see some recent negative comments below. I know there are two challenges in retailthese days. ( Three if you include costs increases) It's hard to get staff and the ones that do work are then overworked so lesstolerant then they might otherwise be especially if the place is busy. It was quiet when we were there and we talked with thefranchise owner. I wish there was a franchise closer to where we live , for sure we would use it regularly. Value? It would beinteresting to hear from others but my experience with Wendy's, MacDonalds, Harvey's and A&W is that the 1/4 pound Hero burgher, with all the standard add ons for $6.99 is slightly better value than the others. Having said that, the bill with taxes was$23.28 for two burgers, one small fries and one fountain drink. Interestingly it also has icecream and butter tarts but I don'trecall seeing tea or coffee options. Read more
