So disappointed with my experience here. I ordered through SkipTheDishes earlier and they change the wait time from 40 minutes... to 77 minutes. At first I was a little bit annoyed, but assumed that they were just busy because of their lunch rush and waitedpatiently, just for the food to arrive, freezing cold, all mixed together, the salad was barely visible, and the sauces that Ihad requested on the side were put all over the food, causing it to be wet and disgusting. 100% do not recommend this Osmow?sbranch to anybody. Am just surprised with people's negative comments for this store ...I had chiken on veggies and it was so tasty with full... portion of veggies with good quantity of chicken..I loved it ..!!!!! Tried ordering the beyond meat on the rocks. I'm not sure if it's the company recipe or this specific location, but it had way... too many spices in the protein to the point it was inedible. I've had plenty of great experiences at other locations. Couldn'tfinish my meal sadly. Read more

I ordered on DoorDash and they didn?t add my drink that I paid for, food was cold, chicken was old and gross and barely covered... the rice? you can tell the employees seriously didn?t care at all? one star for the rice lol Read more

The worst Osmow?s branch EVER! I have been in may Osmow?s stores in York Region and this store absolutely is the worst... ever. Here is the photo of the Chicken on the Rocks that the store manager of this branch is delivered. Another person at theback of the shop was not wearing a mask and the branch was too dirty. After reading other reviews , it becomes clear that thishappened many times. The incident has been reported to York Health Service for their action and to ensure the integrity of foodhealth in our community is maintained. Read more

Just ordered a chicken shwarama poutine with the regular garlic sauce and medium heat and only got the poutine portion with the... chicken. Not very flavourful without the garlic sauce and heat sauce they use. Not very happy about my lunch selection today. Read more

My friends and I made 5 orders for pickup via their website tonight, after confirming our orders one of us got a call saying... they don't have felafel anymore, which was fine since they called, but when we picked up the orders and came home all orderswere wrong, Large beef on the stix came small, all the side fries were missing, no toppings on the wraps what so ever exept forlettuce, felafel wrap came with one felafel only. We called them to let them know about all these mistakes someone picked up thephone and said will call us back, never did, and when we called back there again of course no one picked up anymore, this was avery disappointing experience and we will not go back there and don't recommend it at all.
