If I could give 0 stars I would. I was overcharged and when I asked them to clarify they told me to call head office. Worst... customer service, the cashier is very rude. Not only that when I arrived home the pizza was uncooked, the toppings werecompletely raw. Worst pizza I?ve ever had in my life and on top of this my guests went home hungry. Garbage. After waiting over an hour, we called to check on our order. We were told that they hadn?t started the order because they... couldn?t confirm it by phone. This made no sense because it said it was in progress on the app and we were never notified thatwe needed to call or that the order was cancelled. They said it was our fault for not providing a phone number and didn?t offerany apology or discount. Ordered online using the app. After 1hr the app indicated order was still in process. Called to find out status and order has... been deleted by the store because there was no phone number on the app (there was an email and phone was not a mandatory field). House full of hungry people and no pizza. No compensation offered for their error. We will not be ordering from them again. Read more
I should give zero star if I could. We ordered the pizza many times with the same store and never had any issues but this time... as we ordered as usual, I received the phone call from pizza pizza to confirm my order saying store wanted to make sure we had aright topping (just BS) which I confirmed it and the guy who called hang up. we got in store but not only pizza wasn't ready butalso the guy working in pizza store said unless we pay now he is not going to make a pizza and he mentioned that the ruleschanged two weeks ago after new owner took over the place. The guy was very unprofessional, I believe problem is new owner(manager) and has to be addressed. Anyway I spoke with Head office and supervisor said she is going to look into it. Read more

The lady cashier is super rude, charged higher price than what I had ordered for without clear explaining and then blame... customer for not reading it right. Poor customer experience. No mask on and keep talking while preparing for food. Definitelydo NOT recommend. I will give negative star if there such option in Google. Read more
I ordered a custom pizza the first time and it came perfect. This is my third order and it comes with all the cheese on topo of... everything and no cheese under (over sauce) I both second and this last one(third) order I ordered the same pizza and with amessage to put all cheese under other toppings but it keeps coming on top of everything!!!! I did not order an inverted pizza!As If the staff read the instructions in the order. The customer service does not answer the phone!! Don?t buy this pizza if youwant a custom made order!! Read more
I wish I could put 0 star review. This place really sucks now, 2 months ago I went to this place and it was very good, the food... was good and service was good. Today I went and the service was AWFUL. They charged me extra for things they didn't tell meabout over the phone. The cashier was terribly rude and it disgusted me how much this place changed.
