This place has a fly infestation problem while dining in. I don't recommend eating anything from there and dining in as many... flies will land on your food. Other than that coffee was good and atmosphere was nice. Read more
Almost once a week I order for my office from here which would include 4 to 6 food items and multiple drinks. Every time the... server would hold all of the food items with apparent difficulty and tried to hand them over to me. When I asked for a bag, theysaid reluctantly: just a minute. Always sounded like I shouldn?t have asked. Not sure how they expected me to carry a drink trayand all the individual bags of food. The irony is, because I ordered ahead using mobile order, I got a survey asking me if theserver made a point to personally get to know me and provide a kind service. Well? bloody no! They probably made a point of notwanting me to come back! I sorted the reviews by newest when writing mine and noticed a pattern of bad reviews in recent months.Not much of detective work to tell something is not working out at this location recently. quite literally the worst starbucks i?ve ever been to, everytime i come here they either mess up my drink, not make it properly... or even fill it to the top. i don?t have unreal expectations but if i?m paying $8 for a coffee i?d expect it to be right/ and orfull. also the baristas have the worst attitude Read more
I switched from using the drive thru at this location (it is an endless trap) to mobile ordering and pick up in store. Not a... perfect fix but much better. Yesterday I ordered ahead, showed up two minutes before they estimated it to be ready, prepared towait. 15 minutes afterward, and receiving multiple notifications that my order is ready (it was not) - I had to interrupt andask about it after seeing multiple people who had come in to order recieve their orders before me with no sign of my cup. So thebarista asked me what I ordered. I gave her brief details because I expected that she would check her tablet for the order. Shedid not, and handed me the brief drink and ignored me like I was about to be a privileged jerk. But really - where is theservice in this? I ordered an iced venti three shot hazelnut oat milk latte. The third shot, syrup and oat milk all added tohalf the price of the drink. She handed me an iced venti (two shot) oat milk latte, 30 minutes after I ordered. I just don'thave it in me to waste money at this location. Understanding that the global situation is burn out and service jobs are some ofthe hardest to do - the service here really needs an improvement. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I go here almost daily and every time they make my drink bad. Also, when I... arrive either I have to wait forever for my order to come (even though I?m mobile ordering) or they give me attitude. Today wasthe last straw. A barista made my drink wrong and I told him I wanted a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and what he gave me wascold brew with thick foam at the top? He apologized then proceeded to pour cream over top of the foam and then hand it back tome. Mind you, there is no ice at all in this drink. It was LUKE. WARM. I?m done with this Starbucks. I?ll drive to the one atLongo?s or the one in Stouffville way past my house as long as I never have to come to this one again. Read more
