I placed a order on DoorDash and for the second time my order was completely wrong. Sandwich was not grilled, or even heated and... they even gave me the wrong drink again. This is in no way DoorDash?s fault, and it?s getting really annoying. I will neverorder from this location again especially considering there?s 3 other Subway locations in Aurora. Very disappointing. 4 th time visiting this new location. Previous visits were just the same portions as always. (a week ago) This visit less of... everything...Same Price ! Won't be back !! Extra meat, extra cheese $...not, meat folded over, same amount of cheese. Read more

Food is always fresh and the sub sandwiches are always well prepared. We normally go in person and place our orders where the... staff is always friendly and accommodating with our two young kids. Today we ordered through UberEats - it was a larger orderthat included 12 sub sandwiches - and the sandwiches were perfect. They were kind enough to follow our instructions with nameswritten on outside labels. We didn?t eat them right away but even 45 min later, everyone thought their sandwiches tastedawesome. THANK YOU!! New owners that just switched the location to the other side of young. "Sandwich Artists" are super friendly, interior is... updated and clean. I wouldn't order online though, I have before and the food can get soggy. Read more

Terrible food! Ordered online and when my order arrived it felt like those subs were in an accident. Food was cold, subs were... soggy and salad didn't look and taste fresh at all. Poor quality food. Not recommended at all! Read more

Terrible. Ordered online and when I showed up the subs were cold, my meatball sub was soggy. They clearly don?t make it for the... specified pick up time, they just make it and let it sit forever. Also did put cheese on the meetball sub which is one of themain ingredients. Read more

Placed a mobile order which was confirmed by the app. Payment was also processed before arriving to the restaurant. Upon... arrival, I was told that they didn't have what I ordered. I asked for a refund which was not granted. The only thing they couldoffer was another "replacement" sub. I wrote into Subway customer service. My issue is with the follow up from the owner afterthe fact. I was sent a standard reply to my inquiry with no resolution. I have followed up since then with no replies. Insummary, I paid for food I never received and there has been no resolution. Poor customer service from Subway and thisrestaurant in particular. Read more

I get dinner here often and it?s overall pretty good and the staff are nice. Only complaint is that the bread is usually stale.... This may just be because I go a few hours before closing but if the bread was fresh it was be even better Read more
