Swiss Chalet Aurora on Henderson. 0 stars if possible. The order was 20 minutes late and it looked like there was only 1... person in the kitchen. I ordered the festive special for pickup. When home I realized the order was missing chalet sauce, 1 ofthe sides, and stuffing. They wouldn?t reduce the charge on the card but offered a $5 refund for the missing items. Verydisappointing. Last time I went to this location they indicated that he had run out of chicken! They don?t answer the phone,so issues need to be dealt with through the head office. I will not return. Read more

We held my daughter?s 6th birthday at the Aurora location. Food was great, but the service was even better. James, our server,... was simply amazing. We had young and old in our party, and he catered their every need with courtesy and expediency. Thankyou, James! Read more
Love the food and the service. Joe takes care of the community and takes care of customers. Had to get the roast beef sandwich.... Limited time only but the fries and Chalet sauce keep bringing me back. Oh..and the under rated delicious chicken pot pie!! Read more

Came here the other day with my grandfather and we both ordered the rotisserie chicken (he the quarter and I the double leg with... caser salad). The meal was delicious and the service was equally satisfactory. Bonus I was able to use my CAA membership cardfor the free appetizer and the perogies really hit the spot. Read more
