Ordered a drink and they gave the wrong one. Went back to politely ask for it to be re made as the right one and was told that... there if no difference between the two drinks. Then the worker took the drink back and told me to remove my straw so she couldadd more more syrup into it. It was completely un hygienic considering we are still in a pandemic. And morning team also yellsat the students from the nearby high school. Read more
they made my drink wrong and when i asked them to remake it they told me I was wrong. I had to repeatedly ask for it to be fixed... and then they took back the drink and just added more syrup, which made it way too sweet. During lunch when the kids from thehigh school come they yell and speak down to us. the whole team needs a big attitude change. Read more

Asking someone if they have kids and responding with "oh that's why", when the customer says no, just because you cant hear... their order, should not be a conversation in the drive thru. Not all of us women are able to have children and some of us havemiscarried. I was so upset by this comment I left half my order that was paid for already. I will never be returning here. AlsoI've never had a problem with anyone else taking my order here before, so if she has such difficulty hearing orders, maybe sheshould be removed from taking drive thru orders. Read more

Early Morning staff members are wonderfulto deal with, others during the day not so much. Never an issue with orders in the... early mornings but seems like there's a lack of communication or knowledge to punch in the correct order so 50% of the time myorders are wrong. Issue seems to be only on weekends or with evening staff members and some are very rude Top section is from ayear ago! looks like some things still haven't changed.
