Filberts is a gem! What a beautiful location, incredible atmosphere and a real classy historic building that just so happens to... serve incredible food and drinks. We chose to have brunch, and were so surprised by the menu. Plus did I mention before howamazing the building is?? It just has so much character and different rooms to enjoy! I highly recommend to start off with theCrostini, with all the flavor and crunch it offers. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the southern fried chickensandwich. Yummmm. With Simple fresh ingredients mixed perfectly and combined to create amazing dishes, we loved every bite. Oh,don’t forget a Bloody Mary also. Incredible. This is a place to converse, relax, soak in the atmosphere and eat well. Thestaff is so incredibly friendly and always checking in to pour more water or simply ask how everything is. This was some of the best food and drinks I’ve had in ages. The atmosphere is also amazing. The wait staff, bar tenders….... Everyone was welcoming and helpful! Couldn’t recommend this place more and we already want to go back. Also- you must get thestuffed mushrooms. I’m still drooling. Read more
We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Filberts Farmhouse, and it could not have been better! The service, the food and... the atmosphere were all amazing. We tried the crostini & deviled eggs for appetizer, and they both were absolutelydelicious. For dinner, I got the Draper Valley Chicken, and my fiancé got the Lamb Shank, we were so impressed with our dinner.The flavors were superb. For dessert- we asked our waitress to surprise us, and we got the Bread Pudding & TheBenign. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back very soon. 5 stars!! Read more
Beyond delicious from drinks to soup to dessert. Yummiest lava cake, the best clam chowder and oh so delicious lamp chops.... Highly recommend. I drive an hour for this. Read more

Overall good experience. Setting is beautiful and staff were friendly. The Gnocchi & chicken was different to what am... accustomed, but tasty & filling nonetheless. In the chocolate ganache cheesecake, the chocolate was a bit too much. Would liketo try the regular cheesecake next time. Bread pudding was good and the drinks were excellent! YUM! This is a quaint restaurant that serves homestyle comfort food, offering burgers, meatloaf, chicken and dumplings, and... hello, deviled eggs as an appetizer! I ordered the chicken and dumplings, and let me tell you, these were the best dumplingsI’ve ever had! My husband got the Mac & cheese, which was equally as good. If your looking for an escape from your normalhaunting spots, I highly recommend driving to Aurora for this gem of a restaurant. Read more
