At times service can be slow but they are working their butts off and constantly moving to get orders out. Sometimes they need... to make fresh chicken and that takes about 15 min or so. Some people are very impatient but I think they forget that all thechicken is hand breaded so that takes time. A little pricy for my liking but there's always coupons and deals to help out. This place was so slow. I waited in line 15 minutes before the girl took my order. There was 2 people in front of me and 1 had... already ordered and was just waiting for his food.He had to get his food before the girl would take the next order. Then I hadto wait for him to get his food before she would take my order. The thing that got me is after I placed my order it tookanother 12 minutes for her to put my food in the box. And once it was in the bag she stood there and talked with the cook for afew minutes about random stuff and then gives me my food. As I was waiting 5 people left the line and were not happy. The thingthat got me is I could see 2 women in the back in uniform so I?m sure they were managers.I cold see them on the computer andtalking. I?m sorry but one of them should have been up at that counter helping. This location needs to get it together becauseTruck Drivers can?t stand around for a week waiting for their food.The thing is this was at 3:15 on a Monday and your websitesays no wait. What a joke! So, I waited about 25 minutes to order and get my food. This may seem too long for some people, but I am amazed at the woman who... was working the counter ALONE. There were only 2 employees at the time I went in around 1200. So the lunch rush was just gettingstarted. This hard working woman was taking orders at the register, filling online orders, and also completing doordash orders.She was running around doing everything she possibly could to fill all these customer's orders from every direction, as fast asshe could. She was incredibly polite and patient with each person. She would take an order, put it together right after, give itto them and warn them to support the bag from underneath so it wouldn't break. Then she ran over and put together an onlineorder/doordash and call the name for it. She would put on new gloves and take the next person's order. Amazing! She is wasted inthis place! Her work ethic alone should have her in a much higher place with much more pay. Now that is not to say the otheremployee there wasn't doing anything, he was cooking everything and keeping it all fresh, hot, and ready! The food was deliciousand not over cooked or stale in anyway. Love the food but the absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen. I went there around 4:00 a couple days ago and the... line wasn't that big but it took literally 10 minutes just to wait in that line to order and by the time I ordered and waswaiting for my food it took over 45 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken tender meal which is absolutelyridiculous. In total I was there for at least an hour and 15 minutes counting and left around 5:15. Very unhappy with thiscustomer service and recommend going somewhere else. There was only 2 people working and they were doing there best to keep a good flow, but that place had heavy foot traffic as... well as food delivery services. Our order came out just perfect and everything was right though. Good job too the guys thatwere still there. Read more
Slowest place ever. Especially for a rest stop. Ordered shrimp combo and she said ?nope? I was like ok? She said the were out... and that?s fine but saying nope. Everything is literally precooked right in front of me in the warmer but yet it took 35 minutesto give me my order with only one person ahead of me. I definitely will not return Read more
Overall we love Popeyes, so I've given 3 stars starting out. But the service at this particular location is poor. They forgot... our fries, didn't apologize, and acted irritated that I would bring it to their attention. Said I'd have to wait. Granted thisis a challenging location due to it being within the gas station and they were pretty busy. But they seemed disorganized and notsure what they were doing. They didn't seem to communicate well with each other. Read more
Renee is a powerhouse!! The restaurant was swamped with doordash orders and people. She rushed through them all and provided... great friendly costumer service at the same time. Wish we lived closer to visit more often. She definitely deserves a raise! Read more
