Doors locked, drive thru was only option. Ordered a bouble bacon King. Pulled to the window, a young lady took my card for... payment. The entire time she was talking so I asked her what she was saying to me. She said she was talking on the phone &hands me my order & card. I drove 2 blocks home, opened my burger & it was a cold mushy bun, cold Patty's, no melted cheese. Itook 2 bites & was done. I drove back & asked the same kid at the window for someone that was not on the phone. She asked if Iwanted my refund. Apparently she was aware of the product they were putting out. I would give ZERO stars if I could! There speaker want working and we sat there for 10 minutes and No one said anything so we... pulled on up and when we finally got to the window they gone say we gotta drive back around!! I just had the WORST experience at this Burger King EVER!! I ordered at the window and expressed I wanted no onions on my... sandwich. I then went to the window to pay and reiterated NO ONIONS on my sandwich. I get my food, pull off and check it?BIGONIONS on my sandwich. I pull around and said I asked for no onions twice. The young man takes my sandwich and gives me the SAMEsandwich?someone just stick their fingers in my sandwich and took off the onions?how do I know this? they left a piece of theonion on the sandwich. I go inside now to ask for my money back because that is reprehensible to put your hands in a customersfood!!! The young lady with yellow and red braids was nasty as ever but another woman TRIED to resolve the matter. The younglady with the braids grabbed my food, threw it in the trash and said in a very rude way?No, she just gonna get her money back!Like I did something wrong. Then threatened to call the police on me!!! I?ve worked customer service and food service?you?renever to REMOVE items from a sandwich?. You are to REMAKE it!! Allergies are real! This was my first time stopping here. The whopper was the best one that I've had in a long time!!! My past visits at other... BK's were disappointing because of my food not being fresh and hot. I'm so happy that I decided to stop. It was the freshestwhopper that I have had probably in the past year, and the temperature was great!
